I had the worst experience with this company four and a half months went by and I did not get my scrubs and instead of apologizing and making things right they tried to charge me to send this grows back after they finally give it to me they end up saying I would have to start over and reorder scrubs if you're thinking of ordering from this company please don't don't waste your time on your money read more

Medline products, The company will not even honor a 6 month warranty on extremely defective wheels, probably from China. A danger to every crippled senior citizen in America. Medline treats their customers like dirt. Michael Rayburn will close your account if you cant prove you bought the walker in the last 6 months, despite the fact that they know how defective the wheels are. read more

So glad to hear that many of you have had great success with Medline....maybe it is because you are not utilizing them via Medicare. I have found that the personnel in their warehouses have a tendency to pull product to pull product - sending you two different items and documenting that it is the same item....and when you call them to explain that they shipped the wrong product, they are like a "deer in headlights".....well maybe not a "deer in headlights" because I have come to learn that they really do not care...they are making so much money off Medicare. Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves...... read more

I have an incontinent 6 year old daughter. She has both encopresis & enuresis. I wish that I could give a better review, but at the moment I'm actually angry. I've tried to be understanding & work with them, but they keep making excuses. At first I was extremely happy to learn that insurance would cover my daughter's pull ups, wipes & gloves. It's been expensive buying these products for 6 years! The very first time I called they answered the phone quickly & were very friendly. They said that they'd take care of everything for me - even getting the prescription & insurance approval. They suggested that I get more product than I actually needed in case "something happened & my order was delayed". I guess that should've been a red flag. My 1st order came very quickly, but they didn't send the correct number of pull ups & shorted me by 90 pull ups! They did correct the mistake quickly. I will give them that. I was told to call them 2 or 3 days before I needed the refill. I didn't have to because I received a text message asking if I'd like the same order. I replied through text & received an order confirmation #. A week passed & the order never arrived, so I emailed them to ask what the delay was. I was told that they needed a DWO (detailed written order) from the Dr. That confused me because I thought they'd already obtained that. Another week passed & still nothing, so I contacted the Dr to see if they'd received the fax for the DWO & they hadn't. I was emailing back & forth several many times with Medline, & they claimed that they'd sent the fax 4 times. The Dr's office said that they were receiving faxes from other businesses & about other patients without any problem, so they doubted it was a problem on their end. Finally the Medical Assistant gave me a different fax # for a different office, but when I passed it on to Medline I was told that they couldn't generate another fax for 72 hrs for some goofy reason! Another week went by without incontinence supplies. The MA at the Dr's office asked if there was another way to reach them. I gave her the phone # & the order #, as well as the date that I was texted the order #. She called & spoke to a manager, who consented to email the DWO to the MA. She received it, & faxed it back immediately. She also faxed it the next day because Medline claimed that they hadn't received it. When you call about repeat orders, you will sit on hold for well over half an hour. If you push the option for 1st order they will answer immediately. You do have the option of leaving your phone # & waiting for a call back, but I don't trust that so I sit & wait. Fri I called Medline & told them how unhappy I was about this experience. I received permission for the MA to email the DWO back. She did that at 3:30 pm Fri, & I just got off the phone with Medline, who refuses to take any blame in this at all. I asked to talk to a manager & was told that one was not available. I was told that they were still within the allotted 24 hrs they have to process the order, & she couldn't even tell me if they'd received the email. I was told to call back tomorrow to see if the email had been received! Yesterday it was ONE MONTH since I received the order number!!!!! Honestly, Medline has not made me feel very valued as a customer. They have given the impression that patients aren't a priority for them, & if I could locate another medical supply store that worked with my daughter's insurance company I would gladly switch over! I am a patient & reasonable person, but one month?!? read more

No Stars, poor customer service. My 88 yr old 122 lb mother bought a walker in Aug 2017. It was never used outside, only in the house. The wheels wobbled, took them off and found the bearings were destroyed. Called and emailed Customer Service and they refused to honor the warranty as the walker was now 2.5 months beyond the 1 yr mark. They refused to pay me for the $20 in sealed bearings that we used to fix the 4 wheels so they didn't fall off the walker. Substandard products with uncaring CS people. Don't buy their products as they expect their elderly and disabled demographic to replace them every year. read more

Never buy the Medline lightweight 2" Rear Wheels, Folding Transport Chair (300lb Weight Capacity) w/Red Frame. It has a major Manufacture defect. Within one year of purchase, the parts kept dislocating out-of-place constantly and the brakes failed within 4 months of purchase. This is very frustrating, and honestly a very poor structural design for the wheelchair. For providing medical equipment for businesses and consumers safety, this product is a bad representation of your quality. I called the Medline Industries about my concerns, and they kept me on hold for more than an hour. The rep over the phone was useless too since they couldn't help or provide a solution. read more

if I could 0 here for this company and their service.. this is the worst I have encountered.. They take off on weekends and if your order date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, its too bad, because then they will not ship until they get ready to. i started out receiving my order on the 15th at the beginning of the year, now today , I called and they shipped them today which this month I will receive them on the 23rd.. I tried to explain to them that by moving our 30 days up every month we run out of our supplies.. This company hires people whom are not trained to talk or solve problems with anyone.. Terrible Service Company.. read more

This company is staffed by a bizarrely incompetent collection of untrained obstructionists. My wife is paraplegic with two large stage 3 and 4 wounds. Our doctor has sent over all documentation and photographs a number of times. They either claim they were not received or are in limbo in the Documentation Department. Every employee tells a different story and speaking with a "Supervisor" like Megan Breen has become impossible. They are always busy and promised returned calls are never made and e-mail inquiries are not responded to as well. The doctor and ourselves are complying with all Medicare requirements... but Medline does not feel they should. They make their own arbitrary rules and regulations depending on what day it is and who you speak with. We called Medicare and told them what was happening and were told that Medline has no business making Medicare policies and Medline is NOT complying with Medicare rules. We actually got the first month of supplies, followed the exact same protocols for the second month of supplies and are now being completely stonewalled. This company is a travesty and embarrassment. They are supposed to be supplying a service and helping people in need, but that is the last thing they are interested in doing. read more

Wish I could give them a 0. They wasted my time and did not help me at all get my breast pump order in. They took forever to respond to emails and I got nowhere in the process 2 months in. They kept faxing the wrong # for a prescription and I asked 4 times to send to the right #. They did nothing. My DR never got a request. I switched to another company. They didn't even bother to correct the problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! You will just be wasting your time. read more

I placed my order a week before having foot surgery. I had my foot surgery and still no email saying my other was completed or shipped. There was no effort in trying to get me a wheel chair of knee scooter. Don't waste your time waiting around like I did. I had to cancel the order and go with Apria instead. So much better company who actually care about getting your equipment fast. read more

They keep dropping the ball on my grandmother's supplies. Once again, another supplier with false promises to get us on board; provided a product that ended up causing my grandmother more pain and medical bills; we informed Medline of the issue, sent back the faulty product with NO follow up from Medline afterwards. We have been calling, left on hold for over 10 minutes each time and no one picks up the phone after we have been left on hold for so long. We feel duped and let down by this company. read more

This company makes NO SENSE. I called about a CPAP machine. The woman who answered the phone was rude and cut me off halfway through a sentence to send me to an automated line specifically for CPAP machines. Then once through that, I get a man on the phone, who was very friendly, who then said he had to transfer me to someone else. After 5 minutes on hold, the woman I got sent to informed me they do not deal in CPAP machines. So let me get this straight - they have an entire automated line JUST FOR SOMETHING THEY DON'T CARRY? Which their secretary rudely transfers you to instead of saying "we don't carry that?" And why would my insurance company have this as a PREFERRED VENDOR OF THE VERY ITEM THEY DON'T CARRY? Idiocy. I wouldn't buy rubbing alcohol off of these clowns. read more

This company is a complete DISASTER! First you wait for service representative for 40 minutes just to find out that the order you were waiting for is completely messed up, they can't find the documents the doctor sent to them, they can't find the insurance ID, etc. Do not use it if you can, I am reporting them to BBB. read more

Unbelievable. I am not one to complain but I have to leave this. I waited over 40 days for my breast pump order to be processed with this company. After calling back multiple times I was given the wrong information and they processed the wrong breast pump without communicating properly with me. I am very unhappy with this company and will never be ordering from them again. Very poor communication and misinformation given. read more

If you are looking for mobility assistance (like a walker or wheel chair, for instance), think twice before buying anything from Medline. I purchased my rollator walker less than 18 months ago and after minimal/sporadic use, the seat started to cave in. $50 to replace. OK, I swallowed that without complaint. However, the replacement was supposed to include hardware. Of course that was missing. We've got it put together and are hoping it will prove serviceable for a good long while. But I am now wishing I'd looked for a different brand. read more

Worst company, save the aggravation. My mother receives "monthly" pullups and wipes. It is supposed to be automated. However, they never ship, and I have to call every month, since it is delayed her order keeps arriving later and later in the month. Customer service is rude. Don't use this company unless you have plenty of time and like to talk with rude representatives. read more

Ordered a breast pump which was being paid by my insurance company (and I've heard it can be difficult to get through the whole process). Received within a week of the order. Pretty good customer service. read more

Purchased a Medline over the toilet safety rail for my Mom. Was shipped two right hand rails -- so could not use. Medline -- a person named Jill -- blamed the shipper and said they must have messed up on the packaging even thought the item came packaged in a Medline box. Very rude -- and would do nothing. Based on this callousness, never again. read more

My experiences with this company have been dreadful. While the customer service reps who answer the phone are all very pleasant, my patients never receive their supply orders. Multiple follow up calls are needed just to learn if our order was even received. The orders then take weeks to be reviewed by Medline before they are even sent on to insurance for approval. I try to avoid using this company. read more

After being referred by my health insurance, I placed an order a month ago and was given a confirmation number. I never received the breast pump. I called and was told I gave them the wrong insurance information! They gave me a new confirmation number, and when I called to check on the status, they said insurance denied the claim. So, I called the insurance company, and they said Medline NEVER submitted a claim! I had to rent a pump during this time! Ordering from another company! read more
