My DME equipment was ordered from Medline by a local company to be directly shipped to me BY Medline. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for these two items that were supposed to arrive in 2-4 business days! YAY!! I got text messages with tracking and shipping info, WAIT!! Now it says "delivered" a couple hours later. I got text messages out to find NO packages at my door! I live in a fairly small secured apartment building - NO ACCESS for anyone without whatever "code" is given by building management. It wasn't by ANY of the doors, especially the main door. Called the local company that my insurance contracted to provide the equipment, and they're going to personally deliver my equipment in 5 days, by a technician that will assemble or do "whatever" is needed for the equipment to be "ready to use". WELL, out of my frustration that Medline had the nerve to claim this equipment was DELIVERED, I contacted them. The 1st customer service representative got flustered with my refusal to "accept" her explanation. I was transferred to the supervisor, Alex, who was just as "unconcerned & unknowingly responsive". I accused her from reading from a script, because she kept repeating the same thing. Mind you, I worked in the medical field for over 30 years, so I wasn't about to accept the BS excuses. Medline may have great products, but their delivery service through Med Trans (their delivery company) REALLY sucks, and Medline's customer service support team, needs to learn to LISTEN and be more accommodating. If THEY can't research where my equipment was delivered - who can?!! The link to see the "delivery confirmation" is useless for me AND the medical supply company that the stuff was ordered from - probably, Medline too. WHY even have the link option to begin with?!! read more

The nurses that take care of my husband keep ordering supplies and we keep getting the wrong items. I need specifics for his dressings and they keep getting it wrong. The customer service rep for medline was initially nice, but when I transferred to the medline at home department and to a new representative and asked the simple question if I could get the return info over the phone the representative just kept repeating it would be in the email.  I explained that I had time right now to run to UPS and asked if I could just get the return info over the phone so I could get it done while I have time.  She refused and just kept saying it would be in an email that I would receive in a few hours.  When I asked again and tried to explain that just in case I didn't' get the email can I get the information so I can go ahead and get the process moving she refused.  Life has enough obstacles, you don't need to make the most basic return more difficult than is necessary....I will never use medline at home again.  I don't have time to waste with this corporate model bullshit. read more

Customer service sucks. I called them because I got an email saying I placed an order, but I didn't. The customer name was the same as mine but they lived in a different state. I was transferred three times (so talked with four ladies), and none of them knew what to do to remove my email address from their list. I finally figured out that it was probably a phishing email (thank God I didn't click on anything in it), but, still, the last lady I spoke with at Medline had no idea of how to remove my email address from their system. She told me to call the insurance company that placed the order. All four ladies I spoke with seemed fairly incompetent. read more

Sick and fed up with their promise of next day delivery. I had placed two orders previously, however took over 5 days to even ship. The second order I called and cancelled the whole order. I contacted the reps and no response in regards to this issue and had to call customer service. I figured I would give them one more chance, I ordered in stock supplies on Monday, however only shipped today 4 days later. Moving forward I have moved my business to Henry Schein. This company has started to neglect customers and have not honored the next day delivery I was promised. I will be cancelling my account. read more

Recently I contacted this company concerning their product called kinesiology tape pre-cut strips. I've been purchasing this product for many, many years. Recently, the past three purchases I've made the adhesive strips do not stay attached to my knee. Previously. I could wear the strips for a week or more with no problem even after showering. Which I did. I also was asked by the company to send him a sample of the problem and the whole box. My reply to them that I am the consumer. I'm reporting that there is apparently a problem with this product and I would not be sending in anything, especially after I have provided you with all the information that you asked for by phone. They did sent in additional email stating that they appreciate me contacting them but the case has been completely closed out. WOW Is all I could say! Needless to say, going forward in the future I will not be purchasing from this company going forward. Horrible customer service and a very poor customer experience for me. I would not purchase on this company. read more

Use anyone but Medline. Charged me for a product they did not send. Instead of fixing the issue, required me to call back multiple times. Called back, now I have to wait (until after the holiday) a total of 3 additional days for supplies expected/needed two days ago. They dropped the ball, and told me to compensate me they were expediting the error free of charge. Thats o compensation. That's doing the bare minimum. This company is terrible from the warehouse who could care less about your order and the way they send it no protection at all for products paid by insurance company items just dropped in a box 4 times bigger the the items in the box so item bonce all around and are dented and smashed and also missing Items that IMO think that staff are stealing the items with the hope of the seniors not seeing it missing. Customer service is just as worse you call with an issues and they don't care at all make excuses for the terrible company they work for then hang up because they can't do their job and they don't care about the customer because they got the money already. One star is too generous! One of the worse Customer Service I have ever encountered! They are rude and unhelpful. I selected an item based on Medline explanation of the item which was inadequate and misleading. The item did not fit my fixture at all. I called Medline "Customer Service" for help. They told me to take a hike and they suggested for me to eat the item as they do not have a "return" policy. They treat us like this as they know we are seniors and defenseless. I wonder how much they bill my insurance or the Federal Government for the junk they push. Shame on Medline! read more

A company staffed, at least on the customer service/quality side, by literal incompetents. I ordered a grab bar for a shower (I previously have ordered at least 5 via an insurer's OTC program) and it came without the little washers/grommets/spacers/whatever that one places between the flange one puts screws in and the surface one is attaching said flange to ... after two days and 3, 4, who knows how many calls, I AM NO CLOSER TO GETTING THESE BITS OF RUBBER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY; IN FACT, THE CRETINS I'VE SPOKEN TO DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THEY EXIST AND HAVE TOLD ME THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE THEM, DESPITE THE FACT I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT ORDERED FROM THE EXACT SAME SOURCE THAT HAS TWO OF THESE NON-EXISTENT DOOHICKEYS INCLUDED IN THE BOX. Honestly, I'm all for hiring the handicapped, but one MUST draw a line somewhere, right? Ask to speak to someone else -- put through to "quality," whatever the hell THAT is. Ask them to transfer you to someone in management in general? Right back to the morons on the front-line customer "service" phones who didn't know what I was talking about in the first place! A Ring-Around-The-Rosy of incompetent stupidity compounded by a hidebound determination to stay on the pre-written-by-HR-and-customer-"service"-"professionals" script, said "professionals" being composed entirely of one fat fish with a super, uber useful gender studies degree. The sad part? The construction of the grab bars is really good. But that good is UTTERLY DESTROYED by the entitled incompetence of Medline's employees. The moral of this tale of woe? ake your life easy: go to Home Depot and buy the store brand. read more

An excellent experience. I did not buy the lightweight aluminum transport directly from them, but when a party seemed to fall off, they told me it would be very difficult to replace by myself -and there was a safety issue without that piece - and within 4 days I had a brand new chair! Hate to write this, but other parents should know and hope it will help them to save time rather than waiting for a response form Medline. Consistently poor customer service from Medline company. On an average, you need to be "on hold" for about 50 minutes to get to a customer care representative, and it has been going on for a long time. Last week, after being on hold for close to 2 hours, I submitted my reorder request for my son's diapers and pads. (BTW, he is quadriplegic and these are absolute necessary items for him). Did not get the delivery for almost a week, called Medline again, after 50 min on hold, talked to a representative. Though the request was approved by insurance, up to that point Medline did not even place the order. And they have no explanation for the delay. Def time to look for another company. We ordered items for our clinic in early January. Specifically, they were covid tests. The 5 boxes we ordered were backordered. It was during the peak of the last surge. We had just been reassigned to a new rep when they changed their territories. We didn't even know they were still on backorder. SO, 2 months later, they arrived. The day they arrived, I called my new sales rep to let her know we didn't need them anymore. Was told they were not returnable. If we ordered it 2 months before, I felt like they or SHE should have called and checked to make sure we still needed them BEFORE sending a non-returnable item. Oh, just for the record, we (the customer) are unable to cancel backorders online. Trying to reach my sales rep was like trying to call the president. You can leave a message, but never get through. I told her if we were unable to return them, that would be my last purchase from Medline. She said she would check and see. I had to write her back a week later to find out what they can do. She said she may have another customer I can send them to. Another week goes by and no response. I wrote her yesterday to see where we are and have had no reply again. My previous Medline rep was amazing and helped me get my clinic open. He was so helpful. My current medline rep hardly ever replies to requests. She doesn't return my calls, even when I left a message that I was looking to purchase an EKG machine. Sorry Medline, you have lost a customer. Those covid tests you tricked me into keeping was my last purchase from you. I may not be your biggest or most important customer, but I am gone. Sincerely, Dishearted in Arlington, TN read more

(TL;DR: Repeatedly received incorrect replacement parts between August - November, only to finally be told that the parts I had been receiving WERE correct. Wish I'd been told that up front so I didn't waste 3 months not knowing I had the right parts all along. Update your computer systems or something, please!!) Worst customer service I have EVER received, bar none. I am disabled, and I bought a mobility device back in August 2021. According to the manual, some of the parts that came with the device were incorrect. Now, because of my disability, I have limited energy to continuously make follow-up calls to get a company to fix their mistakes. However, I'm not willing to use the wrong parts and risk breaking my mobility device (dangerous!!). So in September, I called to ask for replacement parts... and received MORE of the wrong thing! I called again the following month, and received NOTHING. By the beginning of November, I was well past fed up. I called again, and couldn't reach the person who was supposed to be managing my case, Avery, but was told I'd get a call back. Two weeks later, no call. Next time I called, I spoke with someone different, who sent me... more of the wrong parts! Called again, and just today I received my THIRD ORDER OF THE SAME INCORRECT REPLACEMENT PARTS. On Monday I'll be calling one more time, to demand either the RIGHT PARTS, or a full refund. Absolutely **** ridiculous. I have never had one company screw up in the exact same way so many times in a row. I don't know if it's the supply chain, or the specific person who's been managing my case, but this is completely unacceptable. BUYER BEWARE. EDIT: So I tried looking for the parts on my own, and... apparently they were discontinued! Which none of the people I spoke to mentioned despite the fact that I specifically explained which parts I (thought I) needed. Amazing. Will not be buying from Medline again, ever. EDIT 2: Hm. Just remembered that the order of parts I received in September included 2 out of 4 of the correct "discontinued" parts. Something doesn't add up here. Will update further after I call on Monday. FINAL EDIT: Okay, so I finally was told that the parts they've been sending me DO work for what I need, and nobody mentioned that because apparently they still showed up in their system as the old, discontinued parts. Wish I knew that in September. Yeesh. read more

Total confusion in filling my first (and LAST) order. Many hours on hold over the two weeks I wasted trying to resolve issues I was not aware of until I called to see why my order had not shipped. After call after call and being subjected to consistently bad inform, I asked to speak to a manager. Rep couldn't find anyone to talk to me after 15 minutes on hold. I would give 0 stars if I could, I worked at the West Jefferson, Oh location and it was a terrible experience! Where do I even begin, well for starters while being a employee there they let someone utterly destroy a Ohio state jacket. I accidentally left it there one night and was absent the next day, when I came back, it was gone. Another employee found it in a trash can completely covered in oil, dirt and mud. They found out who done it, guess what! NO REPERCUSSIONS. They caught them on camera destroying and deemed it a "accident". They let employees get high in the parking lot but GOD FORBID you don't wear a mask. They also let people have phones out BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE USING IT TO SHOW ANOTHER EMPLOYEES PICTURES AND MESSAGES to start drama. I have been buying their (brand) of extended wear brief for years. The product was top notched a little pricey but if you shopped around you were able to find it at a somewhat decent price. ( I pay out of pocket because state insurance only pays for garbage) I am writing this review because Medline has decided to discontinue this product. A few weeks ago I was looking to buy theses briefs and encountered that it was out of stock with other vender. I go on Medline @home and found out it was out of stock, after looking around I see a product called Fit Right extended wear. I am thinking maybe this is the same or very similar to what I was looking for (same name) THE RED FLAG SHOULD OF THE QUANTITY.. I used to get 15 briefs per bag. This new product has 20 per bag. I get the delivery and realized what a rip off. I called Medline to complain and find out when the other briefs will be in stock and that's when I was told the new product is comparable to what I was used to buying and that it will be replacing the old product. I then started the return process and a complaint was taken by quality assurance. I called today to find out the status of my return and was told that a credit was issued but that it would probably take two billing cycles before I get it. Quick to take your $$ yet slow as molasses to return it. SHAME ON YOU!!! I wonder how do they think this new product is better... The old product weighs 8.89 ounces the garbage that is replacing it weighs 3.13 ounces. I have pictures but was unable to post them. Words can not express the frustration and disappointment their careless decision to discontinue making these briefs has caused us. This is a perfect example of fixing something that is not broken. read more

One of the worst experiences that I had with a company. I had knee replacement surgery in June 2018. The home health care agency incorrectly told Medline to balance bill me. This company keeps sending me medical supplies to the prior tenant when I have already informed them to take it back and stop sending them. I am not related to the prior tenant or know them. When I call them to inform them to stop sending the supplies and take them back, their agents have to keep me on hold to request another department to do it which wastes my time. I hate companies that requires their customers and callers to be on the line to do something that doesn't require the customer to be on the call to do. It is one of those stupid corporate metrics that companies do the treat their employees like non humans or robots because they assume that if their call center agent isn't on a call with a customer they aren't work. How stupid is that? So if a manager or exec is not in a meeting, is he not working? I have had to call this company twice for the same issue and being passed to multiple departments is unpleasant. Tells me they are another huge corporate bureaucracy. For these reasons, I would only consider them as a medical supplies company if they were the last one on earth.
