I sent in photos beforehand and was assured by Debbie that the nurse had approved me for treatment. ​When I arrived at the Hillcrest location for my first appointment, the nurse told me my skin was too tanned to treat the whole tattoo, so she could only laser the black ink--leaving half the tattoo untreated. The entire session took less than five minutes. While the manager, Austin, attempted to resolve the scheduling issue by promising both colors would still get 10 full sessions, it leaves me stuck on an indefinite timeline and payment plan for a mistake that should have been caught during the initial consultation. Had Debbie been honest upfront about my tan, I simply would have delayed starting. ​When I called Debbie to explain that this setup was not feasible for my schedule and that I wanted to cancel, her attitude was completely unacceptable. She was visibly irritated, offered zero apology for the miscommunication, and demanded $320 for that single, incomplete 5-minute session. When I pointed out that my $150 payment was already more than fair for what was delivered, she stopped responding entirely. ​The lack of transparency during consultation, combined with terrible customer service when trying to resolve their mistake, is completely unacceptable.
