I had the smooth eye treatment. Thwy are one of the few spas that have this treatment available. It was a great experience! Ive only had one treatment and I can notice a difference already. The staff are lovely, they made me feel very comfortable. The office is very clean, very inviting. I will absolutely go back to them! Dr. Ho and one of the nurses are very kind, professional, and make the visits comfortable. However, the young woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unfriendly. I've been coming here for about a month, and the only time there was a small mix-up with my mom's appointment time, they made it into a big issue--even though she was only going to be 30 minutes late. Considering the main concern should be our progress (and neither my mom nor I have lost weight, only gained so far), I wish the front desk staff would treat clients with more patience and respect instead of rudeness. read more

I've been going to Cinrella for a couple of years and finally decided to write a review. Last week someone looked at a picture of me from several years ago on my 50th birthday and kept staring at me saying I aged backwards. It was nice to hear. I love the Sofwave treatment which is non evasive and no down time! My face is lifted and my skin is very smooth and glowy. I also get other skin care services which I'm sure contribute to my skin health. I will continue to come here and I'm also glad they have plenty of parking. Highly recommend. read more

I bought a 3 months introductory package for semaglutide. Theresa is very nice and always asked me about secondary effects. By the 10th week I told Theresa I wasn't going to buy the next package because they went extremely expensive but after that last shot I felt really sick so I called Cinrella many times asking for support (I was still on my 12 week window) but they never got back to me. I don't appreciate a business that does not take care of their clients. I felt neglected considering I was still under treatment. There are so many offers now everywhere with a much better options and perks. It's unfortunate, I was considering them for other treatments but... no way! read more

To begin, I booked a consultation with them for a certain time and didn't receive a call until 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled for. By then I was unavailable to talk. I then sent them a text message the following day and didn't get a response until a few hours later. Telling me that I need to put a deposit down if I want to book an appointment with them, which would have been no problem if I could have gotten my consultation. They then tried to book me for the appointment without a consultation and sent a link giving me 30 minutes to pay my deposit. lol This is bad business for me. Not very professional. I'd rather pay more money and get the proper service by a company that I can trust is going to do the job correctly, and address the customer in a proper and professional manner, that includes keeping appointments and responding to appointment times in a timely manner. There a lot of parking which is really nice being in the Convoy area. The nurse and the doctors are very helpful and they provide great information and services. I had the best experience at Cinrella Medical Spa! The treatments I got were fast, minimally invasive, and achieved great results! My goal was to have natural, but fuller lips. It's been a week and half my face started to look droopy. When originally reaching out to get more information, I sent a couple messages through messenger, but was unsuccessful. I finally called the number on the instagram and website page, a pleasant guy answered the phone by only saying hello, not saying the name of their office or his name. He asked what treatment I was interested and if I was planning to get the treatment the same day or only a consultation to make sure he arranged the time. He didn't asked for my last name, phone number or email address. My appointment was Saturday 05/11/2024 I arrived at the location, easy to find, beautiful office. There was one lady at the front desk, very pleasant, never gave her name, I completely personal and medical information on their tablet and signed a few documents. She did Not take before pictures. The same lady took me into the room, I asked how long have she been doing Botox and her response was Only one year she asked me what area I was interested in doing. I explained I was interested on slimming my face, jaw line. She asked about TMJ which I do suffer from it but my visit was specifically for slimming face. She told me about the risks of jowls after the treatment. I asked if I could have a couple units around my smile lines to prevent, but she disregard my request. She recommended masseter botox 25 units in each side. She filled 6 needles and proceeded to inject in the same area in both sides of my jaw. It was a little awkward session for $500 for 3 injections. As of today, there is No different for good ONLY Bad, having droopiness on my right side and A LOT of tension on my jaw area where I was injected. It started to get scary! read more
