And it is right down the street from where I lived. They have a HUGE parking lot and lots of greenery outside. Which makes a perfect spot to take pictures. The inside is a very nice size! And they did an amazing job with all of the decorations. The workers/family are truly so nice and helpful. OH!!!! The food was extremely good as well. The only thing that really made me happy that the bar actually took credit cards! Like they won all the awards because of that one. There are so many reception halls that only accept cash when it comes to the bars- but when I could purchase my drink with my card- I was one happy woman! I am currently looking for a space for my mother's 60th bday party and this place for sure is on my list!

Front desk staff were great! In fact, all staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. I had a king room on the top floor. My room was by the elevator and I was a little worried about noise but that wasn't a problem at all. Being on the 7th floor the ceilings were high which made the room feel bigger. The room and bathroom were clean. The lighting situation was great, meaning, there was enough lighting in the room unlike some hotels. The bed was one of the better hotel beds I've slept on. I got great sleep! I did use the pool and hot tub and both were clean and at perfect temps. The daily breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They kept things refilled right up until the end. I was there midweek and breakfast goes till 9:30 which is nice since some other places end it way earlier. I ate breakfast there all 4 mornings of my stay and it was the exact same every day. Would be nice if they switched it up a bit. The 5:30 Kickback was also nice. It's basically a full dinner which is such a great bargain. Kinda wish that went a little longer, 7:30 maybe? But still a great perk. Having soda available is also a nice perk, as is the free adult beverages during Kickback. If I get send back out here for work again, I know where I'm staying!

Pinstripes We had…read moresuch a wonderful experience celebrating my grandson's 5th birthday at Pinstripes in Beachwood, and I can't say enough good things about the staff and atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, organized, and most importantly safe and fun for the children. A special thank you to Matt, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our party ran smoothly. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families there really stood out. The entire staff was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful with the kids. The children had an amazing time bowling--there was laughter, excitement, and so many happy little faces. It was the perfect place for a group of energetic five-year-olds to celebrate and enjoy themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised and so happy to learn that the Saturday morning kids programs will continue. That's such a gift for families in the community who are looking for a fun, positive place for children to gather and play.
