The job done was professional, high quality on time. Everyone involved in the process was kind, helpful and understanding. Highly recommend the company to everyone that wants a great product and high quality installation. We love our door and happy in our choice of All Impact and Renovation! If i could should give the a 10 stars!!

If there was a minus 5 stars notation it would have been more appropriate. These are the most awful…read moreand dishonest persons I've ever met and I had the whole house remodeled from ceiling to the ground so I employed a lot of persons. It was not easy but most of the time people here in Florida are correct. All impact is just the single exception. They told us "don't worry it's written 24 weeks in the contract but it should be done before the hurricane season" and this was march the 1st. Our windows have been installed November the 7th and they just destroyed the walls and the windows have deficiencies. They said it was because of the manufacturing delays but did nothing the get the permit on time which made the delays even longer. We've had hurricane Ian in the meantime. They destroyed the fresh painted walls and didn't want to cure "because it's not written in the contract". So you as a customer will sign a contract that only engages YOU don't expect them to feel responsible for anything. If I had not retained the final payment until they cured they would have done nothing (he screens just fell on us, one glass has a distorsion and the walls were damaged) and they kept on harassing and threatening me to get paid. Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

I, on the other hand, had a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE having my 50-year old windows and doors replaced. Everything was explained in detail perfectly. You can save 3% if you pay cash. But you can also pay via CC if you want your miles/points. The terms were fine (50% order/Balance after installation). The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. I wish I had called them years ago! THANK YOU VICO.

Choosing a company to replace windows/doors when upgrading to impact is a major consideration. With…read moreso many options to choose from, research and recommendation become very important. We looked into company backgrounds and principals, read countless reviews, and asked neighbors and friends for recommendations. We ultimately settled on 4 candidates to interview; and the differences in presentations was interesting and informative. Ranging from those who wanted to oversell more than was needed to those who rushed through the basics, we felt Ryan with Republic was right on. He was respectful and professional, took his time and answered all of our questions. We were provided with a comprehensive quote that was very fair, and they were open to some tweaking to fit our particular needs. That being said, follow through is critical. This is where we feel Republic Windows & Doors really shines. From Maria and Debbi in the office to Omar's supervisory skills, to the Yasel installation team the communication was seamless. Everyone on the project was vested in our complete satisfaction. I also feel compelled to mention that beyond the expertise in their core business of impact resistant products, Company President, Daniel Elad, displays values that I admire and respect. From supporting US based Charitable Organizations with donations from each project; to planting trees to help sustain the environment; to participating in Feeding America, Republic prides itself on giving back to the communities that support them. It is my pleasure to recommend Republic Windows and Doors. They will not disappoint.

They were patient as we dealt with major slowdowns in our remodel and were right there to pick up the pieces once we were ready to proceed. The workmanship was terrific and expeditious. Got a decent quote and a lot of information from Joe and we were able to set up a date with no hassle. Answered all of my questions without missing a beat, clearly knows his stuff. Danny handled my installation, and similar - didn't miss a beat. It was done on-time, professionally and was quite the bang for your buck. Products are definitely premium, but the pricing was competitive. Heard that they do roofs, so might call them to get a quote as well. All in all, very recommended.

This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away.
