I give them the lowest score for many reasons. This is run by a bunch of millennials and they need an old wise woman or man to teach them manners and etiquette . I was dismissed after calling them on their very late cancellation. They had all day to call and then called at 5:05 pm after my husband and I flew back to Maui early from vacation for our facials. (Appointments were the next day starting at 10 am) We were cancelled at the end of day because Facialist was still sick after spending the whole week at home sick. Not the picture of perfect health. They NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE. However they made one mistake after another on collecting money for services. Then they would say no receipt necessary it's all in the computer. Then we go to check out they say what did you buy again? What package? They got a new employee and gave her a fancy title and she sent me my letter of dismissal and moaned and groaned when I told her I needed a statement as my figures differed. They had under refunded by 30 dollars approximately. She made a spreadsheet for me instead of a statement so I can only think that after all the mistakes that were made that they probably don't have a bookkeeper. (Why else would they spend so much time on a spreadsheet, all I wanted was s statement) They continued to send irritating messages to us reminding us of the appointment although they cancelled it the night before. They certainly would have charged us if we did that to them. It is a classless place with no manners and they don't seem to care. They send us letters that describe a place unlike theirs. They describe shangri la in their communications as if when you reach Medi Spa Maui you have found the fountain of youth but that is so far from the truth . They refused to see what they had done wrong when we spent hundreds of dollars to fly home early and instead acted like mean girls from high school and threw me out of their practice. He is very personable - he discusses the plausibility of your desired outcome and makes sure you are comfortable with everything, including the cost involved before proceeding with the procedures.
