The second artist, Drew, who did my girlfriend's tattoo (right), was the complete opposite. He took his time, was patient, detail-oriented, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. The linework is clean, the tattoo healed well, and the overall experience was exactly what you'd hope for when getting permanent art done. I would go back to him again in a heartbeat.
