I wasn't familiar with the shop since it's somewhat new in the area. But she seemed like someone i would vibe with and does the work i like. Hayes is so kind and sweet and makes you feel comfortable instantly. I instantly felt like we've known each other forever. She is also super professional and accommodating. The other guy i met at the shop was super nice and made me feel comfortable as well. She has such good vibes and i definitely will be back for more tattoos from her. I have a pretty decent amount of tattoos and I'm super impressed with her work and the experience as well! It healed so nicely and i liked that she uses tagaderms and she even gave me an extra one. The shop is super nice and clean. It has a good vibe and even though i have yet to meet everyone who tattoos here, i can imagine that everyone else is welcoming and professional. So happy i found my new tattooer and shop. Can't wait to book my next appointment, i totally can't recommend Hayes enough. (FYI she has a safe space for all banner)

She promptly answered our emails/texts and got us appointments for the next day. She let us know ahead of time what to do/not do, etc.. We are thrilled with our tats!!! I'm ready for my next one, Melissa!!

From design through the entire tattoo process, it took us about 1.5 hours for 5 people and a total of 8 small tattoos to be completed. Staff was overly nice. Please is clean, nicely decorated. My girlfriend and I went in together to get tattoos done by two different artists, and the…read moredifference in experience and quality couldn't have been more obvious. The first artist (Chris), who did my tattoo (left), seemed unhappy from the start and honestly didn't appear interested in doing the work. He was very rough, rushed through it, and showed little care or attention to detail. The process was uncomfortable to the point that it left noticeable scarring, and the final result reflects that lack of care. Based on my experience, I would not return to or recommend this artist. The second artist, Drew, who did my girlfriend's tattoo (right), was the complete opposite. He took his time, was patient, detail-oriented, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. The linework is clean, the tattoo healed well, and the overall experience was exactly what you'd hope for when getting permanent art done. I would go back to him again in a heartbeat. Same shop, same day -- two very different outcomes. If you're considering this place, who you book with makes all the difference.
