THEN I visited Dr. Anunson when my pain was going from a 6/10 to 8/10 depending on my activity. After a thorough exam and history, he knew exactly what was going on and said, I can help you. THEN I walked out after the first adjustment with 1/10 pain! I couldn't believe it! Second adjustment the next day, still 1/10 pain with increased range of motion. THEN I noticed my sleep improved which improved my mood. Four days later, 0/10 pain. I can't recommend this clinic high enough. I was treated with kindness and support from every employee.

Would not recommend this provider - no instructions on what can be done outside of the clinic to…read morehelp with pain, no health history during intake, adjustments are quick but done in a public space and without time to ask many questions. I'd echo what Heidi said - "If you have to ask him a question he will answer it, but he will start to back away while talking, heading to his office. He just doesn't seem to want to take any extra time, even though the adjustment, itself, is only about 90 seconds to two minutes." When I asked about the clinic masking policy (staff do not wear masks over their noses, the chiropractors rarely wear masks over their mouth OR nose), Wade was defensive and flippant to my stance on public health concerns. Other patients are not wearing masks and in the small waiting room and office space, there is no area to wait if you are uncomfortable with the set up. Overall, the experience I had at this practice made me feel like just an opportunity for cash rather than a patient. Very disappointing given their lack of coverage with many local insurers and the fact that you may be paying out of pocket $50 for each visit up to 3-4 times a week.

I was having a hip issue. My GP had no idea what it was. I saw a PT, who couldn't explain much…read moreabout what was wrong, but was certain I needed 12 sessions of therapy. PT didn't help, so I went to Jed at Madison Manual Therapy. He was extremely attentive and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what his different theories were. He attempted various manual therapy techniques. In the end, he could not help me and it later turned out to be a bone problem that Jed could not have addressed. What impressed me so much is that Jed told me on the 2nd visit that he didn't think he could help me. I think most other practitioners (such as the PT I saw) would have wasted far more of my time and money trying to address an issue they could not fix. The other impressive aspect of Jed's practice is that he really understands the mechanical workings of ALL the interconnected components of the body better than any medical practitioner with whom I can recall ever having spoken. Tendons, ligaments, bones, muscles, organs, arteries, nerves, and all the other fascia and tissues that connect everything and keep it working. Every other specialty seems to focus on one or two systems; they know something about the other parts, but not much - it's an incomplete view. Osteopathy takes a much more comprehensive view and Jed is good at what he does.

I had an elective cosmetic procedure done at Transformations recently and was very pleased with the…read moreentire experience. I had booked a consultation with Dr. Siebert in May, the appointment was booked out until July (its because that man is that good. Trust me). It was worth the wait. During my consultation he answered every one of my questions and was patient with me during the entire thing. All of his staff members that I encountered were as well. I was more than pleased with my consultation and ultimately decided to pursue the procedure at this place. I then had a pre-op appointment with Dr. Sieberts PA who treated me with the exact same professional demeanor as Dr. Siebert. My surgery was scheduled for beginning of September and went better than I had anticipated. The entire peri-operative staff is caring and made sure my boyfriend was kept in the loop with all that was going on with my care. I cant say enough about Dr. Siebert, his team, and the transformations center. I am a member of the healthcare industry myself (and those related to surgical services) so I feel that I already had a very critical eye going into this. Not that I ever plan on having another elective surgery performed, but if I ever did, I would want it to be with Dr. Siebert and the staff at Transformations.
