I called the University Ave location and just wanted to know process for how I pay using Medicare and with my supplemental insurance but getting an answer was IMPOSSIBLE. They could even tell me if I just give my Medicare card and then they submit the claim to Medicare. I was just trying to determine if Medicare would then handle the supplemental insurance and also the 257 deductible. They kept saying I should pay the Medicare deductible to Captial Physical Therapy but also person sounded uncertain (and that just does not sound correct to me). They had me call their billing department, they were clueless and said to call the location. I said they told me to call you! This is a simple process question and they cannot answer. I will go elsewhere.

This was early afternoon. I spent the rest of the day with him, until about 7PM, and he had an adequate meal, no other encounters inquiring about his needs. I returned the next morning to find him wearing the same clothes he came in with, no one had helped him to get ready for bed, his partial dentures were left in overnight! I was appalled! I tried to find someone in charge, and I was told by a rude and stressed CNA that they were short a nurse. HIs care over the next month was very uneven; the visiting rehab staff were great, and there were some wonderful CNAs (particularly the ones from Tibet/India) but the administration there was terrible. The facility itself was abysmal; the room though large, was not cleaned well or ofter, and the bathroom was inadequate: Small bowl toilet with a lift seat that was just plain unsanitary; there was no shower. He had to be taken down the hall to a shower room, and this happened twice a week if he was lucky. The building is old, and very much needing to be replaced. I felt that I had left my dear husband in a creepy 1950's motel. Do your loved one a favor and look for a better facility.

We've met other patients there who have come from Milwaukee, Monroe, and other distant cities in WI and IL. Tyler is an amazing healer! He and his staff are top notch. The adjusting drop table he uses means that adjustments are comfortable yet highly effective. Patients are not asked to put on a hospital gown or worked on for 5 minutes maximum then told they need to come back every 2 days like most chiropractors. Tyler works with patients so that they feel better, sometimes amazingly better(!) before they go home from their adjustment. Tyler doesn't use the machines that other chiropractors insist you need and charge a high fee for. His treatments have brought relief for me when I was in agony. I can't say enough about what a great doctor Tyler has been for us all these years.
