When I asked about the clinic masking policy (staff do not wear masks over their noses, the chiropractors rarely wear masks over their mouth OR nose), Wade was defensive and flippant to my stance on public health concerns. Other patients are not wearing masks and in the small waiting room and office space, there is no area to wait if you are uncomfortable with the set up. Overall, the experience I had at this practice made me feel like just an opportunity for cash rather than a patient. Very disappointing given their lack of coverage with many local insurers and the fact that you may be paying out of pocket $50 for each visit up to 3-4 times a week.

I have a very complicated facial disfigurement and work as an entertainer, so she went the extra mile make me a prosthetic nostril that is comfortable and functional as well as incredibly realistic. Different artists have different styles and I have an ever changing face, so Maddie created a whole new style of prosthetic for me that moves with my mouth and stays put during performances. She even had other ideas after I left town, so she continues to work on my design and send it back and forth to tweak it as needed. So amazing! PT didn't help, so I went to Jed at Madison Manual Therapy. He was extremely attentive and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what his different theories were. He attempted various manual therapy techniques. In the end, he could not help me and it later turned out to be a bone problem that Jed could not have addressed. What impressed me so much is that Jed told me on the 2nd visit that he didn't think he could help me. I think most other practitioners (such as the PT I saw) would have wasted far more of my time and money trying to address an issue they could not fix. The other impressive aspect of Jed's practice is that he really understands the mechanical workings of ALL the interconnected components of the body better than any medical practitioner with whom I can recall ever having spoken. Tendons, ligaments, bones, muscles, organs, arteries, nerves, and all the other fascia and tissues that connect everything and keep it working. Every other specialty seems to focus on one or two systems; they know something about the other parts, but not much - it's an incomplete view. Osteopathy takes a much more comprehensive view and Jed is good at what he does.

These guys were actually looking at my spine, not just guessing why my hand was going numb all the time and why my hips were constantly aching! I have been visiting for regular adjustments, 3 times a week, for almost two months now. I do not wake up in the middle of the night with my hips aching.
