As I was told she would start lightly to find the tension and then get harder to work out the kinks I just kept waiting for her to start working them out. She got my feet feeling soft again! As she scrubbed them she checked for softness! I will definitely return if only for a pedicure! The young lady that did my nails was good as well. I'm not a nail person and don't like long nails. As she was cutting them down she checked to make sure I was comfortable with the length! I also got a smiley face. Overall, I was pleased with both experiences, wait time wasn't long. Do feel that they should inform of the $16 extra for gel polish. It may have been in their booklet of options and prices and I just overlooked it. I was also given details about dip powder and glad I selected that choice! Nails feel more natural! I didn't get names, but it was 2 ladies and a young guy in there. Lady that did my pedi wore glasses and hair in a bun. Nail lady was short with dark hair.
