I would give this place 10 Stars if I could! I am an amputee and go in in a wheelchair. They are so thoughtful and accommodating to my needs. Every time, their welcome is warm and I feel like they are glad to see me. I am always offered a water and asked if I am well. Their work is impeccable and flawless. It's the only place I have ever been to where I did not end up waiting for service and my tech was not working on five other people while working on my nails. I will definitely be back. read more

I got my nails done about a week ago and my nails are chipped. I got GEL. I also had to go to them to get another nail fixed prior. There's no way I paid for a mani and pedi and my nails are chipping. They are nice, but seem to be a bit inexperienced. read more

Y'all this is the place to go!! The manager (Nicole) does such a great job and I enjoy sitting down and talking with her! Staff greets you when you come in the door and very friendly! Some of the girls in their are new, I think as they do not do all types of nails... some do gel and some do the powder. Soft music, at times no music at all, so it's enjoyable. I know they have a lot of services but would highly recommend her and this place!! read more

He really took his time to get all the dead skin off and to do my polish as well. The place was very clean and are taking the extra precautions due to COVID-19. If I could give 0 stars, I would. For $46 my nails are crooked, they aren't filed correctly, the nail polish is not covering my full nail, and the gel is on my skin. I complained, and he told me that "if I'm this picky, I don't need to come here anymore and he didn't do a bad job." He refused to fix them, refund me, or take them off. He rushed so bad that he hurt my nail bed. Do not go to the guy, only the nice lady Nicole. A 40 year old, insulted MAN put his hands in my face and would not stop mouthing off to me because I was unhappy with a service performed on my nails. I love coming here, they are always very courteous and professional. They do exactly what you ask of them, and always make sure if what they're doing is okay (water temperature, leg massage, cut back nails, etc.). I love how hospitable it is in here and how friendly everyone always is. Today I came to get a gel polish change on my fingernails and also wanted a polish change on my toes. The technician quickly offered gel polish on my toes as well (I had no idea that was an option) of course I took the opportunity to get gel polish on my toes! I was so happy to walk into 910 Nails this Saturday. I had no appointment, but they managed to see me. I was so shocked at the number of customers, at 9 am on a weekend. They are that popular!! I had a manicure by Gaspar and pedicure from Jennifer. They were both so kind and do such wonderful work! I was so happy! I then had waxing by Bri and was also delighted! The salon is clean and cheerful and they even have a little " princess" chair for the young children. Overall was a near perfect experience. I'm just so sorry I'm from out of town and can't visit them monthly! When I'm back in the area, I will certainly come back. I highly recommend this salon. They are so helpful and friendly. Visited not even 2 weeks ago, paid 55 for a set that i woke up to my nail missing as well as the day after my gel polish had bubbled up and chipped. Old man started with me, was very rough with nail dremmel, younger woman finished and rushed through. My nail tech in mount airy charges 35 for a gel set and they look wonderful, maybe drop your prices if youre going to do half a job? It didnt give the option for 0 stars. read more

Store owner went out of town for a month. Customers were trying to reach out to them via Facebook messenger to inquire about a return date. Customers were blocked.
