Besides the awesome bathrooms with neato tiles, they have huge hallways, non-80s art, and some sweet medical-techno gadgets on site. They ask pertinent questions, and call promptly with lab results. Thanks for two beautiful babies and a healthy family, Grand Avenue Clinic!

I'm really disappointed in my experience. I thought I was getting a good home clinic with my new…read moreinsurance because of the location and the previous reviews . Dr. Van Dyck was very rushed, giggled maniacally when he shared with me he is an introvert and only drinks his tea at home (I'm thinking to myself: "Good. Because if you had caffeine you would be a complete freak"). Like I should care? WHY are you wasting MY precious 20 minutes of time -- that you keep reminding me we are running out of whenever I ask you for your advice about something -- shooting the breeze with me and sharing all this info about yourself as if I would care? Why are you telling me about your wife? And your kids? You are the caregiver, I am the patient. My precious 20 minutes is about my health, not your personal life. Both he and his assistant Emily snickered any time they mentioned me having a very unpleasant but highly recommended diagnostic exam done -- which I thought was really unprofessional. I finally had to ask "Why are you both snickering when you say this? How is telling me I should have it done funny?" You're supposedly educated health care professionals, not 12-year-olds. It makes me extremely uneasy that the people I am putting in charge of my health care and medical records are snickering about any health-related issues I may have. Unless of course, these are not health care professionals, but health care CLOWNS. What else are they snickering about? Are they snickering about you and your health too? In his anxiety-fueled haste, the Dr. glossed over a pretty serious acute and excruciatingly painful issue I'm having because, as he blamed the insurance, "It was not in line with what is done in a checkup as insurance defines it" -- so I am going to have to end up going to the emergency room, which is then going to cost the insurance company a lot more to cover. He even did "examine" a body part related to what I have going on, but it took a visit to my chiropractor to notice that I had a tremendous amount of inflammation around my ear and lymph nodes. How could this Dr actually have even looked at the area after I told him I was in excruciating pain and not seen anything, when my chiropractor noticed right away? I felt the clinic was overall not good for anything except referrals. They were on time and everything moved along quickly, but it was really sloppy & unprofessional. And I think this Dr. needs to work on his own mindfulness and stress management skills. I've been to plenty of other medical professionals and no, they don't all act like this. If you know you are giving inferior care and you're going to use the excuse that the system won't let you give the quality of care you want to, then put some energy into changing the frickin' system, you fool. Or go into another profession because -- and I don't care what medical school you went to -- you are clearly not good at, nor passionate, about being a physician. The most I will use this doctor for is to get referrals to someone who can actually do something.

I found Twin Cities IV after doing thorough research online. My mom has cancer and her chiropractor…read morerecommended intravenous high dose vitamin C (IHDVC) . I sent them a message and they responded to me right away - literally within 5/10 minutes via text. I submitted the recommended paper work and even had a quick phone consult with the nursing staff. With that said, operationally they are on top of it and do a great job of communicating and filtering questions appropriately. What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. From quality, to price, ease of access and communication I rate Twin Cities IV a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for added health and wellness benefits via IV all from the comfort of their home!

Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!

I went through him to get my medical card and yes, you do have to pay before your appointment and it's $205. I don't know where people are getting these crazy numbers of it costing way more than that, but it doesn't. Everything is done remotely. Everything was super smooth and there weren't any issues at all. I got my medical card the following day, even though it can take up to 30 days. Everything was super short, simple, and to the point. I never had an issue with Rachel, she has always been pleasant to deal with. I actually got my fiancé set up with an appointment, and he had the same great experience as I did. We even called him back and had a chemical eval done for court and they were just as thorough and pleasant as the first time. I've recommended them to several people. Don't go off those old reviews, they are inaccurate. 5/5 stars for me. Thanks Dr. Locketz and Rachel.

This place is a chiropractic clinic as well a massage clinic. I filled out a contact form yesterday and scheduled an hour long deep-tissue massage to help with a flare-up of back pain. When I arrived the office was almost completely dark apart from a few dim lights in the hallway. No one at the front desk, my massage therapist came and greeted me and instructed me to fill out a pre-massage form where I was able to designate problem areas and my preference on level of pressure. Once we got in the room she looked over the form and reviewed what I had written. Although we had agreed ahead of time on a 60 minute deep-tissue massage for $120, she felt a few areas on my lower back for less than 10 seconds and said I would benefit more from a 15 minute sound wave therapy session all at the ridiculous cost of $120, which would also require follow up sessions which would not include the "1st session discount and would cost $160." I declined and stuck with the massage. (As someone who works in a customer facing career and has had a lot of sales and professional relationship building experience, I was shocked at how bad the massage therapist was at these things. She wasn't very personable, and was very assertive and borderline aggressive that I needed to spend all this money on soundwave therapy. When I declined her whole demeanor changed to that of being irritated and disappointed that she had to give a massage instead.) The actual massage itself was bad too. I've had multiple deep-tissue massages in the past, this was a total joke. I had designated medium and hard pressure were the preference, she barely used any pressure for 90% of the massage. There were other issues as well, I designated that I was there due to lower back pain and wanted that to be the main focus. My lower back got the least amount of attention of any part of my body (I thought she would end the massage with a bigger focus on the lower back but was appalled when she said the time was up and there had been 5 minutes at most spent on my lower back.) Also there other weird issues like her massaging only my left foot and not my right, as well as massaging my abdomen but not my pectoral area. I seldom leave bad reviews for businesses and have a little more mercy than I am at this moment even in the event of a mediocre experience. Today things are different, I had such a poor experience here and feel robbed of my money. Hopefully Casper's Chiropractic goes out of business soon so the office space can be cleared for a business that is more productive for society and doesn't rob its customers.
