Not pleased at all. I was told I had a bill in the amount of $37.19 due to the fact I'm disconnecting everything. Because, I'm moving to a different location. I got a paper in the mail with the amount that I owe them and it said $174.60. So, I'm not understanding those amounts. I mean, which amount do I owe? Not satisfied with 2 prices and not know which amount I got to be responsible for. These people I feel are players just to get money from customers. They do not know what they are doing. They charge way to much to just to start service from them and are really confusing when there's a bill saying such and such amount. I called them and they said I was supposed to pay $37.19. What is this $174.60 bill for? I recommend to others DO NOT TAKE MEDIACOM. I feel that others that set Mediacom for service will be in the same situation as I am. I paid close to $200.00 just to set service and get someone to come to my place and set it up. That amount is really to high for anyone. Mediacom is a big joke. Over 900 channels I got and mainly all the channels I got, I had to pay extra. Nope not no more. I cut them off completely and tending on not going back to them. read more
