While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. Not only was this never disclosed, they refused to share with me any documentation that says I consented to such a fee. When I finally go the agreement from them, it had no mention of a termination fee. So even after I showed them the last payment that specifically stated full and final payment, accepted by cashing, they still turned me over to collection. I guess I should have known better, the service worked okay but whenever I had a service question or issue, the owner's son Jamie would never return calls and did not seem to have any idea of the workings of his father's company. A couple of years ago, they assigned me to Todd Anderson. Todd was no better, he never returned phone calls and never kept any promises that he made. Absolutely the worst company that you could possibly imagine. Take it from me as one of their first customers, brutal!
