I also reported the damage before they delivered all my appliances. They also changed delivery dates 3 times making my deliveries over 2 weeks late. The delivery men do not clean up their mess after drilling holes, Two of my appliances were never even checked out before they left. I would not recommend DeGrood's if you want good customer care, because it does not exist.

Wyatt and Excelsior Appliance worked to get me a new compressor from Whirlpool so that I wouldn't have to pay for that up front. We went for a new dishwasher and the lady helping us was very knowledgeable and patient while I asked a 100 question. The only major problem I had with this place was the display of their appliances. There were dishwasher on stands with names of the brand that weren't the dishwasher brand. Like the Bosch brand was under a whirlpool logo and vice versa.
