During my recent visit, I observed behaviors that left me dissatisfied with the patient experience. The facility has undergone significant construction and renovations, adding beautiful and well-designed additional buildings. The Main Entrance is so easy and there is even valet parking. We've been here for ourselves and our family members, and we've always received excellent care in both the ER and the main hospital. The staff, including nurses and doctors, are friendly and very well informed. This hospital is equipped to handle all kinds of medical care and emergencies.

Read the other reviews--the community agrees. From massive wait times to a total lack of basic empathy, the front counter crew acts like the patients are interrupting their day. There were at least 2 people that I came across that were noticeably high on marijuana, the names on their badges said Brittany and Latifah. The smell was undeniable. They were not concerned about their state nor their behaviors and attitudes towards others. One would assume that a medical clinic is a drug free work environment and would randomly test. The smell was still very noticeable which means they are smoking in or near the building. I prefer my doctors and nurses and medical staff to be fully present when providing care and not under the influence of any substances. I will be sending an email to the members of the leadership team regarding this horrific experience.
