During my recent visit, I observed behaviors that left me dissatisfied with the patient experience. Specifically, [with the communication of the Doctor, Dr. Pattem, and her unlearned experience regarding my benefits and health. Her indecisiveness and unethical behavior were deplorable, such as lack of empathy, rushed consultations, or inadequate explanations of medical conditions. The facility has undergone significant construction and renovations, adding beautiful and well-designed additional buildings. The Main Entrance is so easy and there is even valet parking. We've been here for ourselves and our family members, and we've always received excellent care in both the ER and the main hospital. The staff, including nurses and doctors, are friendly and very well informed. This hospital is equipped to handle all kinds of medical care and emergencies.

I explained the issue to Sherri and within 24 hours my issue was resolved. This woman is the utmost of professionals. She listens, knows the system, breaks any barriers that exist and when I get off the phone with her, I am sure that the problem will be solved. She is wonderful!!!!! There were at least 2 people that I came across that were noticeably high on marijuana, the names on their badges said Brittany and Latifah. The smell was undeniable. They were not concerned about their state nor their behaviors and attitudes towards others. One would assume that a medical clinic is a drug free work environment and would randomly test. The smell was still very noticeable which means they are smoking in or near the building. I prefer my doctors and nurses and medical staff to be fully present when providing care and not under the influence of any substances. I will be sending an email to the members of the leadership team regarding this horrific experience.
