I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. Please be careful and make sure you know exactly what is being injected into your body before agreeing to anything.

I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. The staff provided me consultation and advised not to take the microdermabrasion due to my face skin concerns. She advised me to take a more efficient treatment when I told her my goal for my face skin. After the 1st session, she recommended me to try their product and I am glad I took the risk without researching into their product as it was working effectively & efficiently. On my 2nd session, she noticed my improvements prior to my first visit and proceeded to enhance my session and made me try on new concepts that could further enhance my face skin goal and it did it again, I was impressed.
