After installing a Drug Coated Heart Stent, I was having some Negative Issues. Doctor told COMPETENT Nursing Staff that HE, due to Negative Symptoms Patient was Experiencing, that BEFORE I was to be Released, he wanted to conduct a last Test to verify I was NOT having any Blood Clotting Issues in new Stent. Had me NEEDLESSLY STAY, and PAY FOR, another 2 days! Day of Scheduled Test, later in day, 2 different CONCERNED Nurses came in and Asked if I had heard WHEN the Doctor was going to do his Test? Told them I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Later in day, another Nurse came in and asked the same question as the other 2. AGAIN, told her I had NO IDEA! She went to check on my Scheduled Heart Imaging and said she WILL FIND OUT and let me know! SHE NEVER RETURNED! Obviously, SOMEONE gave a "STAND DOWN ORDER" to let the Patient PASS. NEVER Told Nurses, nor PATIENT, that My Best Interest Concerns had been CANCELED! I was, and Still Am, Concerned about my Health and having even MORE Negative Issues that Appear to be related to New Heart Stent. Another person got on the phone mentioned the ER visit and said very sarcastically we have not set a follow up with them and didn't. Er visit was 5 days before. They did not offer assistance. They offered an appointment more than a week away. I requested something for her to help increase her appetite and set the appointment which was more than a week away. people loke us. He was also the first GP who recognized why I was in so much pain and immediately referred me to the proper specialist. Dr. Estorque is one of the few doctors that has not had to sell his practice into the big conglomerates so be aware that he does not have all the fancy equipment at his office and will need to send you to places for x-ays and what-not. They are also slow in getting pre-authorization forms completed for insurance (which I blame the insurance companies for even requiring those). But, it is his practice and he TRULY cares for his patients. I don't mind having to call the office to remind them of pre-authorization form (that only occurs once in a while) to have a doctor that cares, takes his time with you to understand you as the full patient, and will help you find the best plan to treat you.

Unfortunately, I had been taken off Dr Cizdiel's patient database because they were downsizing and I hadn't been in so long. I can understand that, so I accepted seeing Dr Stone instead on Monday. He is a very nice man, and he genuinely listened. What I don't understand is why he decided to just treat my cough and said that if I wasn't feeling better by Thursday, to give him a call and he would send over a script for antibiotics. I was not feeling at all better, so I called Wednesday evening and left a voicemail hoping for a call back Thursday morning so I could start taking the antibiotics ASAP. I never got a call back and tried calling a few more times, speaking with a secretary, only to be forced to leave another voicemail. Ugh! I finally got a call back this morning, Friday, by the nurse telling me they got my messages, but had computer problems yesterday, Thursday, so they couldn't send the prescription but Dr Stone got my message... but he won't be back until Monday.
