They also texted my phone over and over after normal business hours...late! Recently I had paid months ahead a couple days before my rent was due for the next,onto I luckily caught a threatening text that 5hey were going to sell my things in 48 hours! Thank goodness I caught it. I'm not always glued to my phone. I called upset panicking. Turns out I had a credit still and only owed half the rent for the upcoming rent. I have no idea why this business relationship has felt like I am in that movie deliverance backwoods storage style. Beware! This facility lies about how many units they have available. Will say there's nothing and…read morethen when they found out I operated a business they decided they had 2 units available. I didn't know how many I would need and the attendant recommended I rent them both on Friday to be sure and that I could cancel on Monday if needed. So Monday comes and I try to cancel one of the units and no one is there all day. I call and leave a message and get no response. I had to leave for Bend and didn't hear from them for days. When i did they said they would have to charge me for the month! Fast forward 7 month to today, and I call to discuss moving out. The bill is due today and I wanted to see if they would take this as a notice and prorate me for one day out if the month usage. Nope! So I remind them that I paid for a unit in the beginning that I tried to cancel but no one was in the office and she says. "Yes that's unfortunate" but won't budge on this last day costing me an entire month. So if you have a choice in another storage company I would stay away!
