They play loud music all times of night, fight with their boyfriends who are not even supposed to be living with them anyway and are just plain disrespectful to their neighbors! They have no home training at all. Just project training. Most of them are young girls who have multiple kids by multiple men or by a crazy loser guy that got their section 8 and have that project mentality and aren't used to living in a decent place and they bring that filthy horrible attitude with them when they move outside the projects. They have attitude problems and some of them have mental health issues. I have no problem getting in touch with any Levav personnel. The building manager always responds and I can always reach the office so Stop blaming the management company for things that really you are the blame for. Get yourself together or just move back to the projects where you fit in

I lived in one of Levav apartment's on 6200 S Albany ave for (9) years before the building was…read moresold( 4 ) with Levav a total of (13) years after my land lord sold his buildings in 2022, after that things just went down hill, my apartment was infested with roaches, mold was around my tub bad they did nothing but put more corking on the tub. fast coward in Dec 2025 the building caught on fire and all the tenants were told they had 1hour to get what we could out because after that the building would be locked up, now mind you people had been living in this building for years before levav took over. They tried to place us anywhere no matter the neighborhood and then didn't even want to return my security deposit back to me after I gave them my original lease and copy's of my original money orders. And when they did they didn't return all of it. So please trust me when I tell you run like hell do not!! I repeat please don't rent from this real estate company. they rent is to high the up keep is horrible. And honestly they are full of BS. So please explore more option. unless you just like giving your money away. I'm telling everyone that will listen I'm talking from experience worst real estate company I've ever dealt with . Not let the apartments looks fool you because if you do you'll be stuck for a year or two. I'm telling everyone so you don't have any regret later. No kind of relief even with the windows open. it's not warm enough for an AC unit to be put in and I wouldn't trust putting one in as I live in the garden unit. I have 2 small children and the fact that they know this, didn't deter them from turning up the heat for no good reason and having it run continuously day and night. there are other children in this building. i have not been to sleep since last night. the heat is unbearable. someone needs to handle this immediately before I contact the city about this.

The "contractors" that did the repairs were unprofessional, caused more damages to personal property, Kevin accused me of being deceptive because my photos were not "time stamped". I have a claim in with my renters insurance and neither my insurance company nor myself can get a response from anyone at REI. I've asked REI to please respond. Not to mention I found this Google review today. Ed Crespo is the manager in charge of REI. But apparently he likes to make reviews on google and pretend to be a tenant. Other tenants have had issues with them as well and action needs to be taken. If I didn't have to give them at least one star to post this, I would give them none.

I don't recommend- I've had nothing but NUMEROUS issues with my house after moving in. My windows…read morecurrently leak and pour water every time it rains (had to literally run around during tornado warnings with towels to try to secure the windows) and just got a message today from the company saying this was a problem from before they took over and they closed the work order. In my window sills there is literal growing mold because of the water that comes in, yet they're not interested in fixing it. Now I'll be contacting the code department to serve that the windows are not up to code and demand they get replaced. & did I mention they know I'm 3 days out from giving birth.. and the first time I contacted them about the windows was June 24, it's now Sept 11th- what a head ache. I believe they stage houses to look nice before you rent, then you move in and realize all of the problems you're about to endure.
