terrible service. extremely difficult to books appointments. often weeks waiting. often disconnected after long times on hold. scheduled appointments up to an hour late. support staff have even forgotten about me in the waiting room. the Dr is overworked and has expressed frustration over poor support staff. read more

I was there at 0630, by 0715 the lineup was already long. Well after 0830, a man In jeans comes out to say only the first 10 people will be seen. By 0900 he comes out again Saying"I have bad news; the Dr may not come because he's father in law from China may have to go to the ER" The man said he would update us in 15 min. After 0930 he comes out to say the MD is not coming. From the reviews which unfortunately I didn't read beforehand, said a few days before another Dr. was a no show. I'm told Walk In Clinic physicians are paid a fraction of what they deserve. Thousands of people have no family MD so why are walk-in Clinic Dr's not better compensated?? If they were, these Clinics could be better staffed and more sick patients could be helped. No wonder our ER's are overflowing and our health care system is crumbling! read more

I see my GP here -Dr. Chapman (followed him from Bridlewood Medical). He is prompt, attentive and does follow up. We have discussed that we are a team to improve my quality of life. I do my part (diet, -not so great! exercise-I do till injury & he is there for me for suggestions, tests & explaining results. We (husband too) are very lucky to have an attentive family doctor who really cares. The office staff are way busy, yet, are polite & listen with compassion. Sometimes I wish they would tell parents that its not ok to have their children scream & run all over the office-some people are really sick. Good. Caring. People. read more

Since my doctor has moved here, it's been terrible, phone rings forever, on hold forever, take 5 days to get back to you. I needed a massage requisition and was told by my doctor, he could back date it. The receptionisn't said she could not see my chart prev to moving to the clinic. It's like, they can provide bad service, because there's no where else to go read more

My family GP is from this clinic. I have no words to describe what harm this GP did to my health record. Now my functioning as a normal car driver has been removed. Need to find new doctor to assess my ability to drive a car. read more

They're wonderful. Super busy, but what medical clinic isn't. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

They just came Under New Management a couple of days ago. The whole organization is a mess. They give you an accurate information and will only take walk-ins if you actually have them as a family doctor. Even though on their website their hours are posted they're not accurate either.
