The staff has always processed us through rather quickly. If some people are experiencing a long wait time, it may be because the doctors take their time with patients. An emergency appointment can cut into their schedule and back up appointments. People have to expect that occasional problem and realize that they would also want the doctor to take the time if they were to experience such an emergency unscheduled appointment.

Her sweet and calming presence makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. I refer her to everyone I know because she's not only an excellent physician, but a genuinely wonderful human being. Dr. Kelly is also an incredible doctor, professional and thorough. It's clear that this practice is built on genuine care and strong values. However, I do feel it's important to be honest about the front desk experience. There is one receptionist who answers the phone and tends to be unfriendly, which unfortunately discourages people, my daughter included, from wanting to schedule appointments. It's disappointing, especially when the medical care here is outstanding. Cheryl was always a favorite, warm, kind, and welcoming, and I truly miss her. Susan is also wonderful and treats patients with the same kindness and respect we all deserve. When patients walk into a doctor's office, they're often dealing with pain, fear, or vulnerability. A little warmth and compassion from the front desk can go a long way. This feedback is meant with care, and I hope it helps create a more positive and welcoming experience from start to finish, for everyone.

The waiting room is small for such a high volume facility. A patient can feel like their inside a can of sardines since the waiting room feels very tight during busy times.
