He said he was now retired but recommended I contact Spencer. Spencer came last Sunday (yes, he even works on Sunday if that works for you) and tuned my piano until it was right where it should be, sounding like the amazing instrument that it is. He even brought in a special little vacuum to clean out the places where dust had accumulated. And the best part was listening to him play some of his own composition. What a joy! How fortunate our community to have a person of this talent as a musician and skill as a piano tuner living among us up here in the hills of Mendocino county.

We have never had the space for our dream pianos, but Beverly was able to manipulate what we had to fool our ears and dreams still came true. She is a true craftsperson and the tuning is just the cherry on top of all the other elements of sound she develops. Even when played by professional pianists, there were positive comments about the tone, the presence, the overtones, the balance, and on and on. I can attest that this had less to do with the piano and so much more to do with the mastery of Beverly. Whatever your piano needs, we recommend Piano Craft and without hesitation.
