I called and asked if I can park it there, overnight. Alex, quickly agreed and I checked in, and shopped their tires. Alex presented my choices and I purchased an all season terrain tire. My truck was check-in immediately, so Alex, explains the rear brakes inspection, which wasn't good news, however, they had the parts in stock and my truck would be ready to go, at the end of the day. My 08 GMC 2500HD, rides the best it has ever been. This shop is very busy. While waiting, I sat in the showroom/waiting area. Their counter person, explains the situations very well. I'm happy that most customers understand and roll with the flow. I highly recommend this tire store.

We had new tires on our car already (except for the one that was flat). I called Kevin and he said "sure he would sell us one". The price was very reasonable and when we got to Kevin's 2 days later, the tire was ready for us. He took off our donut and put the new tire on in moments.
