I have reviewed Les Schwab Tire, before and I need to do it again. I scheduled an online appointment and learned that I had a home inspection on the same date and time. I called and asked if I can park it there, overnight. Alex, quickly agreed and I checked in, and shopped their tires. Alex presented my choices and I purchased an all season terrain tire. My truck was check-in immediately, so Alex, explains the rear brakes inspection, which wasn't good news, however, they had the parts in stock and my truck would be ready to go, at the end of the day. My 08 GMC 2500HD, rides the best it has ever been. This shop is very busy. While waiting, I sat in the showroom/waiting area. Their counter person, explains the situations very well. I'm happy that most customers understand and roll with the flow. I highly recommend this tire store. read more

I had got a new truck recently! I bought used and since it was use you only could assume that you need some maintenance done! My tires were very bald and I decided to take it to Les Schwab. The customer service was phenomenal. The lady I forgot her name but she was so kind. Since I have no prior knowledge of tires I asked the lady which kind would best fit my need and she happily showed me the correct tires! She checked me out and their put my tires on and I was on my way with no hassle! Would definitely recommend to a friend! read more

This is really more of a thank you than a review. It was the last day of a quick 5 day weekend in McCall. The night before we were planning to load up leave I noticed my truck's front right tire had a huge 1/4 in bolt stuck in it. Obviously this was not good with a 500 mile drive back to Reno. At 7:30 AM the next morning I called Les and amazingly they answered. (They officially open at 8!). They said bring it in. I did. And in the time it took me to eat half a sandwich at Pancake House they were done with the repair. They did not charge me a dime. They just asked that when I need new tires back home to give them a chance at my business. I will. I told them they were so nice and this was so stressful that my wife would cry when she heard the news. She did. We made it out on time right on schedule. We have had outstanding service from Les Schwab here in McCall for all our tire needs including nails in a tire, rotation of tires, putting on winter tires, and fitting in friends from out of town that had an issue they hadn't expected. They are very courteous and always very helpful whenever we call or come in to their shop. read more

Driving thru Meridian, Idaho, we somehow picked up a bolt in front tire of our rental car. Rather than wait for rental company, we took it to Les Schwab. They were awesome. Stopped by Les Schwab tire store in McCall, Idaho 2 weeks ago to get 4 new tires. They didn't have any less than $1K for 4, but said they would order and it would be a week. No offer to call when they came in. Stopped by today, they weren't busy, put my van on the rack and took all 4 wheels off. THEN they disovered they didn't have the tires I ordered. If I had made this mistake, I would have given the customer 10% or so off the expensive tires. Best they could do was "sorry, we'll put your wheels back on." read more

So frustrated! I came in at 0830 to have winter tires swapped out for regular ones and was told it would be an hour or so, they get to the vehicles in the order the vehicles arrive....2 hours later, and completing vehicles that arrived after I did , I finally inquired....was brushed off and told I had 2 more vehicles in front of me....and an hour later they finally finished my vehicle and apologized for the wait, but never acknowledged that they completed cars that arrived after me first... 3 hours of wasted day....my other vehicle I had the wheels swapped out at the chevron in town and it was finished in 45 minutes and they had to take tires off the wheels....the one all tires were already on rims!! read more

I brought my parents up to see the scenery since they were visiting from Florida. We were driving their mini van when I forgot to turn the headlights off while we were getting some stuff out of the hotel room. We loaded up in the van and that horrible " Tic Tic Tic of the dead battery happened" I noticed earlier that I was not to far away so I walked over to see if they might have a jump box I could rent. They drove me back over to the hotel and jump started the van and didn't charge me a thing! These people are awesome and friendly. Thanks doesn't even cover it!! read more

I had a great experience at Les Schwab Tire Center in McCall this weekend. After driving up to McCall from Boise I realized my tire was flat. I showed up at Les Schwab without an appointment and was quickly helped. The team there found the cause of the flat right away, fixed it, and then didn't even charge me a dime! I was very impressed and would definitely return if the need ever arises in McCall. read more

I called ahead and came in from out of town because my brakes didn't feel right. After a full inspection of brakes, tires, and rotors, the technicians assured me that all was well and offered tips for traveling on the mountains. There was no charge as inspections are free. Very quickly helped me out with the spare tire on my trailer. Outstanding service - helpful people.

We got a nail in one of the tires on our travel trailer on our way from Lake Cascade to northern Idaho. We stopped at Les Schwab Tire Center in McCall to get the tire fixed. They repaired the tire right away, checked and filled all of the other tires on our trailer and truck, and made sure all of the lug nuts were properly tightened. And, they didn't charge us! They were extremely professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Les Schwab in McCall! read more
