Nice people and they offer drinks but I didn't like the way 4 of my nails looked and I asked could she maybe fix them and she told me it was basically too late. So I just kind of said whatever at that point and just shook it off . But it wasn't even a full week yet and a nail popped off. And now it's been 2 weeks and I have 3 nails missing. They all easily popped off like it was nothing. Like clean off. Luckily I barely get my nails done but the next time I do, I'm not coming back here. read more

Went to this place to get a color change and they charged me $15. I recently just got a manicure (from this same place) and what I asked for and what I got were two different things. When I asked for a polish change because I simply didn't like the color I was told that they would charge me $15 (even though I just finished getting my nails done) they didn't want to work with me at all. You get what you pay for I guess. I waited 15 minutes although there was only one customer. The pedicure was $18, a reasonable price, so I was willing to wait. That, and on a Sunday nearing 6PM, I was desperate. Initially I was going to give two stars because of the service and ambience. I'll be frank, it's a no-frills kind of place. The bare basics for a pedicure are used, and it seems the tables for fingernails are also basic as well. But, my pedicure lasted over a month, giving this place three stars. No TV and peaceful spa music, plus comfy chairs and a tequila sunrise in a real glass made this one of the best nail spas I've ever been to. I felt very relaxed. Even though it was a Saturday, I was grateful that they were able to start on my manicure while finishing my pedi. All the employees were bilingual and able to understand my requests. I brought a photo of ombre nails, and they were able to do exactly as I requested. I especially appreciate when a nail technician is willing to suggest a color based on my skin tone. I love my ombré mani, and am so happy that they listened to my request for short length nails instead of pushing me to have longer nails. I haven't loved my nails this much for a very long time! DONT GO HERE! THEY'LL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES AND STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MEDIOCRE SERVICE! If I could give negative ten stars I would!!! Pissed off doesn't even begin to explain how angry I am. I've been here a few times and usually see Tracy. I had an issue with my shellac manicure I received the day before 4th of July, which barely lasted 3 days! I called Tracy and she allowed me to return and fixed them for me no charge since she admitted to using polish that was old and therefore didn't cure properly. I returned again for a polish change and per Tracy's suggestion I got the dip powder this time instead. After completing my toes she was doing my nails and dropped the bottle of gel polish on the floor. It bounced and rolled under the table spilling gel polish all over my feet and brand new dress!! She started speaking in her language to who I later found out was the owner of the store Kim. She asked me how much I paid for my dress, even though it was none of her business, I told her thinking she would reimburse me fo it since it was clearly ruined! NOPE she instead said she was taking $5 off my bill lol as if that was going to make the situation better. I was so angry . I tried speaking with the owner but she was too concerned with the three people who walked in instead of listening to my complaint and offering to resolve the issue resolve the issue hear my complaint. As the owner of the establishment Kim is responsible for everything good or bad that happens in that salon and therefore she should have made sure I left happy, which she DID NOT! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I ADVISE ANYONE READING THIS TO FIND A DIFFERENT NAIL SALON! read more

Charming remodel over the holidays (they worked night and day I guess) from top to bottom. Sparkling floors, new massage chairs (VERY relaxing), fresh decor .... menus with complimentary drinks and friendly greetings by the new manager Katie when you arrive. Large array of colors (I have tried two new colors since the remodel). It's fun! I have been a client here for over 15 years and was thrilled that Cindy, who knows me well by now, remained with Meadow's Nail Spa. I love the new vibe plus Cindy, so good at nails, patient & kind is still there. It's got it all going on! (Not sure why I am referenced as from San Francisco, CA because I am born and raised Texan who lives in Meadows Place but I will check it out and see if I can get my location more accurate but at least my review is as accurate as I could make it.) read more

I looked on yelp and decided to try this nail place today. I called and they were not busy so I came right in. They have 2 options for the pedicure: regular which is $20, or deluxe for $28. I got the deluxe and it was wonderful. The deluxe comes with paraffin wax, a hot stone massage and a sea salt scrub!! It was so relaxing. It's quiet in the store and the massage chairs are very comfortable. I will def be back!! read more

I won't ever go back. I got shellac mani and regular pedi on a sunday evening. On Wednesday of this same week it was chipped, lifting from where it was stuck on my skin, just looked horrible. I'm a professional and cannot walk around with my fingers looking jacked like that. When I finally made up my mind to go back, the lady that originally did it stated, " I guess I will do it this time but oily nails will not last that long". The manicurists are nice but not good at their craft. I got a mani (Shellac) and pedi and I left bleeding from a injury to two fingers. They don't use the complete shellac gel polish system (as advertised) instead they use a combinantion of various brands. My nails were polished unevenly, pools of polish were left on the edges of nails and major chipping the next day. read more
