They both said of course, they would do only what was covered. However, they did they opposite and without asking, then at the end of the cleaning we were surprised by the bill. We of course asked the receptionist and she said she did not remember us saying to only do what was covered. They did not fix anything on the bill. Also on the same bill, my procedures were charged at a higher rate than those of my wife, for the exact same things. I was told that hers were charged with last year's rate by accident and that was better, but it doesn't make sense to charge each person different rates, nor is it ethical.

I was recommended this office by a co-worker who has been a patient of Dr. Arya for many years. I booked an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I felt totally at ease and comfortable as soon as I entered the office. The staff was very receptive and meeting Dr Arya was a pleasure. The office is easy going and not after you to get everything done right way. He explained everything in a calm manner and answered all my questions very patiently. Now it has been a few visits to the office and I am out of my anxiety which I used to get when I entered a dental office.... Thanks Dr Arya and your team. I am sure to send you my friends.
