Customer service is not what it used to be unfortunately and even though the dentist who has helped me over many years is still there, they're not as accommodating as they once were. It's a shame and for me it means finding a new dentist unfortunately.

They gave me 2 options, neither was to extract it but finally they listened to me and pulled it out. The tooth beside it looked different so I went back. I was told it was healing and give it time. I gave it time and went back again. The tooth beside it was a previous crown and she had broken the bottom of it! Her response was to have the crown done again... at MY expense! NEVER go here!!

After one filling my Jaw got infected and if I hadn't gotten it checked out as early as I did I would have needed surgery and I'm not really surprised to hear this has happened to other people. Also one of the fillings she did fell out a year after. In addition she always seems to find dental work to use every penny of my dental plan, it got so bad that as soon as the new year started for my dental plan she'd plan how to spend every cent over the next year. Ever since then I high tailed it out of there and never looked back, in hindsight I wish I'd left that place much earlier. My new dentist is amazing, he fixed up the filling that fell out and cleaned up my tooth. Amazingly he said I didn't need any more dental work (A far cry from the thousands of dollars of work Dr. Vohra wanted to do) I do NOT recommend.

My dental hygienist was Yvonne and she was thorough with the cleaning and lovely to be around. The staff are all friendly at Bedford Dental! I'm fortunate to have had my Invisalign process done by Dr. Papadimatos and she has helped me understand every step along the way. I'm very happy with the way that my teeth have turned out! The reason I went with MD is because it's family owned small business. It's a brother and sister duo. I like the intimacy and focus of a small business vs. A big company with lots of dentists. So far the quality of health care is stellar. The location is a little tricky as they are situated behind Langley hospital and can be a bit confusing to find. My maps was confused. However, I found it and it makes me feel more confident that they are close to the hospital. The only downside is the pay parking. $7 for 2 hours. I thought that was a bummer since moving out of the city the benefit to living in the suburbs is avoiding the money grab by the city parking meters. Dr. Yaz is very professional and friendly. I would recommend him for family care and kids. Also, his assistant, Diana is very nice and accommodating.
