The receptionist was so sweet and kind booking my appointment and helped me figure out if my insurance would cover everything which it did! When I arrived I filled out some paperwork and then saw the dentist for a quick chat to discuss what was going on. Then I was brought into the surgery room by the dental assistant to get ready. The dentist came in and put the IV in for the sedation and he said "I'm just giving you something to relax you" and then I woke up and it was done! I was a little woozy so I was put into a darkened room to wake up fully with a blanket. The secretary called me the next day to see how I was even! so kind. I was very impressed with this clinic. The dentist even gives out his cell phone number in case you need him after hours. I've never had any doctor do that! I had very little bleeding and very little pain. When I arrived, not only did the oral surgeon attempt the same procedure and fail because of the pain caused on that region, he tried to charge me twice as much as these guys. Meanwhile with the yanking, crushing, and poking, I now have triple the pain in the region then I did before. Never take recommendations from these people, they don't have a clue, and they won't help you.
