Enrolled our child at this daycare facility and have no positive experiences to report. Our child was bitten deeply twice in 3 days and was constantly visibly upset every time we picked her up. Tried to speak with the owner about how her facility was ensuring it would not happen again and only received vague responses quoted directly from their handbook. Without warning owner cancelled our daycare services same day. Terrible service and I would caution anyone looking for a reliable and caring daycare provider to do a lot of research and even contact social services to get results of inspection records and etc. read more

Being a first time mom I was looking for the best day care center, did not care that it cost a little more hoping that I was paying for quality care.(I was lied to about price in the beginning, but that's not the worst part) So after leaving my 6 week old where I was hoping he would be taken care of I was appalled. They had over 14 infants there and never washed their hands between each child, I know this because I would come visit my son on my lunch break. Every time I was in there they would tell me about another child being super ill, and all I thought to myself was no wonder, they may clean at the end of the day, but I felt like they did not do any preventive measures to prevent from spreading more germs. I understand that children will be exposed to germs and get sick, but I feel like a simple hand sanitizer can help! Since I would go on my lunch break I got to see more of the inner works, sure they hold your child when they see you driving up, but its pretty much a boarding facility. They change their diapers, feed them and lay them down. I never see them actually hold/nurture or even interact with any child there! I was also there many times when they did not have adequate staff in the room for the number of children. There was 1 or 2 staff members there that I believed they did care about the children, all the others were there for their paycheck or to just watch their OWN baby, Needless to say my son is no longer there, hes happier and so am I! read more
