If you're looking for a quick stop on your way home from work, this place is fine (convenient parking, no lines). Not the place, however, for a special or pricey purchase. I was lured by the store website's listing of a highly recommended wine (at $50+), only to find the store only carried the wine from a different (two years earlier, much lower rated) vintage. The clerk confirmed that the wine was only available from this vintage. I made the purchase anyway, then did my research and had buyer's remorse about being the victim of a bait-and-switch. Returning two days later for a refund, the clerk and only employee on duty said he couldn't authorize the refund and contact the owner by phone, after which he reported that I had to return to the store and talk to the owner. Returning the next day, the owner kept me hanging while he checked the website for the discrepancy, then said it wasn't his responsibility (because someone else manages the website) and finally concluded that I had knowingly accepted that wine and wasn't entitled to a refund. Apparently, all sales are final. If you have an issue with a purchase, don't expect the establishment to make it right. P.S. If you want a receipt, you need to ask for it. read more
