They checked him in quickly, ran the necessary X-rays and blood work, and kept us informed every step of the way.Although my son was transferred to another hospital for further care, the treatment he received here made a huge difference, and he's doing amazing now. Thank you to the front desk staff, nurses, technicians, and everyone who cared for him. We truly appreciate your kindness, quick response, and excellent care.

Just spent 4 days at HGC. RNs and floor staff great. Hospital filthy. Food disgusting!!! I was…read morerunning 103+ fevers and when those break I would soak my clothes and bedding - not once in 4 days did anyone offer change my sheets or clean the room. I had to ask (remind) them to change my bedding and keep giving me new pillow cases. No one offered to help me take a shower or bathe myself. Not that I would take a shower there... my Bathroom was disgusting - floors were filthy. Hair in the shower drain and in shower floor. But the fact that no one offered to? Toilet leaked. Sticky gross stuff on bedside table. I had to clean that I have no idea what it was. But having said all that again my nurses were amazing and this is NOT their fault they are not the janitors!!! They kicked my infection in a few days so I'm grateful for that. They were sweet and kind and funny. The second ER Intake room was small maybe 15 chairs (hard plastic chairs that I had to sit on for 7 hours until they had a bed ready upstairs) and there were 11 of us crammed in there - so hippa laws went right out the window - I knew everyone's situation and financial issues and everyone knew mine! Two men working in there didn't wear gloves while attaching iv tubes to the drips or while doing EKGs. Everytime the AC came on I would start having coughing fits. My roommate noticed said ya know Bea everytime the ac comes on you start coughing. Hmmm?? My first blood cultures were contaminated (with staff) Gee wonder why???? and they had to redo them. Drs were arrogant and pushy. They wanted me to stay 2 more days (that's the soonest the urologist could do it) and have surgery to blast a kidney stone they said was causing the infection. That kidney stone has been there for 30+ years never changed location or size or caused me any issues. And hell no was having surgery there. I'll find another surgeon not affiliated with this hospital and get second opinion. So again grateful that they were able to get me better but honestly I didn't feel safe there I felt like I was surrounded by filth and dirt. Other issues too but I'm running out of room lol be ware when going there. Others have shared same stories with me. I'm new to hemet so I had no idea. I'll go to Murrieta ER next time!!

They were attentive, compassionate, and made sure he was closely monitored throughout his stay. Because his condition wasn't typical, they took every precaution to ensure he received the right treatment and was safe before being discharged. One thing that really stood out was how thorough the team was. They reached out to his endocrinologist, kept them informed, and worked together to make sure the proper steps were taken for his care. Knowing they were collaborating with his specialist gave me so much confidence that my son was receiving the best possible treatment. Although we were there for over 10 hours, I understood that the time was necessary to carefully monitor his condition. Throughout our visit, the doctors, nurses, and staff communicated clearly, explaining his condition, the tests they were performing, and what they were watching for. They never made us feel forgotten and always kept us informed. The staff also made sure my son was comfortable throughout the day by providing snacks, drinks, lunch, and even diapers and wipes so he had everything he needed while they continued to monitor him. Those thoughtful touches meant so much and showed how much they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. The room and overall environment helped cheer him up during what could have been a very stressful experience, and everyone treated him with such kindness, patience, and compassion. They cared not only for my son but also for me, making sure we were both comfortable throughout our stay. We left knowing my son had been thoroughly evaluated, treated appropriately, and discharged safely. He's doing so much better now, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my son and for making a difficult day so much easier for our family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

They had us sitting and waiting for a few hours. This last time I came by ambulance with my kid after a motor vehicle accident. I kept refusing treatment and said multiple times that I didn't need medical attention. I was never brought back, did not have any tests done, was not seen by anyone, yet I magically received a $2k bill from the attending doctor that evening. All I did was sit in the waiting room waiting for my kid for 5 hours, yet they "discharged" me with bogus brochures on what to do after a car accident. They didn't even submit it through my insurance and do you know why? Because I was never a patient on that day and did not fill out any paperwork nor get checked in with my info. Guess who else got a $2k bill? My kid. The one who was seen by the doctor, received scans and treatment. I'm going to let my attorney take care of it which they are advising to contest the bill, there are a bunch of crooks here! Don't come here if you can avoid it less you want to be saddled with a bill for services supposedly rendered that you didn't even receive!

I had no clue that he was addicted to this drug whatsoever!! I had to take him to The closest ER which was Menifee Global Hospital. To begin with, the admissions staff were kind and courteous. as soon as he was in the ER, his PA began treatment. The rest of the ER staff that afternoon and night were God sent. Literally Angels who went above and beyond to help with this ordeal. Watching someone you love go through withdrawals is heartbreaking and heart wrenching. I want to secondly stop and Praise and an by thanking the Doctor who attended to him and was Super compassionate (I don't know her name sadly), but to the nurses Ian, Alvin, Frederick (the awesome) ER Unit Secretary, and an outstanding Nurse BRITTANY RN. Brittany your experience lifted me, guided me and a thousand thank you'd for your sincere support and for providing me with resources to find the perfect facility for him... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Once admitted to the second floor, his attending Doctor was Dr E (Since His name is long he goes by Dr E, I know he's from Nigeria), it was Him specifically who made it ALL possible for him to begin the process of detoxification then to be admitted to a facility for intensive medical detox. His commitment to his patient, His knowledge, His devotion and compassion, His care and continuity of care by calling the facility to ensure he be a direct admit ( since he was out of network), without him falling through the cracks was Something I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL for and there will not be one day that will go by as long as I live that I won't pray for him. Another Angel was an RN by the name of CHIOMA. Thank you. Never ever did anyone pass judgement. Addiction affects families, and doesn't discriminate based on socioeconomic status. Again, thanks to all who truly Care about humanity and the meaning of caring. May all those who helped me have health and long life, you are all amazing and appreciated and deserve recognition. Sincerely Denise R.

There is one single flaw however with this hospital, and it is a very shady one, and that is that not only is it exceptionally hard to obtain medical records, but there is a $5 fee attached to it. There literally is zero reasoning as to why patients don't have the right to know what their lab results are.

Dr. Chamberlin is amazing!…read more So excited about my new doctor. I was really nervous, because it's always hard finding a new doctor. Sometimes it takes a long time to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with and that you think is a good match for you. I met with Dr. Chamberlain for the first time and immediately felt comfortable with her she listened to me and offered some really good feedback. She also ordered a bunch of tests and sent some referrals to different departments to help me get my physical health in order. I'm so glad that I took a chance on getting a new doctor and that I got lucky and I found a good one. This location is really nice. It seems new it's very clean. It's relatively easy to navigate and find where you need to go there's plenty of parking out front overall. I had a great experience at this clinic.

I went to the Kaiser pharmacy to pick up my medication, checked in as instructed, and patiently waited 20-30 minutes. As I sat there, I watched almost everyone who had been waiting get called until the waiting area was nearly empty. Concerned that my name may have been missed, I walked up to the counter to ask about my prescription. The employee looked up my medical record number and casually told me the pharmacy system had crashed and that there was nothing they could do. I was simply told to come back tomorrow. No one apologized for the wait. No one came into the waiting room to inform patients about the system issue. No one attempted to offer another solution or even acknowledged how frustrating the situation was. I work in healthcare, so I understand that technology fails. System outages happen. What I don't understand is the lack of communication, empathy, and basic customer service. Those things don't require a working computer. Every day, I care for patients and do everything I can to make them feel seen, heard, and supported--even when circumstances are beyond my control. I know what compassionate patient care looks like because I strive to provide it every single day. Walking away from this experience, I couldn't help but feel dismissed and forgotten. This wasn't just about not getting my medication. It was about the way patients were treated. A simple apology, a clear explanation, or someone taking a moment to communicate with everyone waiting would have made all the difference. I expected better from an organization that prides itself on patient-centered care. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches leadership because no patient should leave feeling like they don't matter.

Let me tell you now I AM NOT associated with this medical practice, I have no family nor friends that are associated or know anybody who is. My only experience with this place is that Dr Shalaby was and is my primary care doctor. Something u should know: Dr shalabys office is in Hemet , I moved out of Hemet in 2022 to Fontana approx 45 mins drive. I will not consider getting any other doctor. My wife and I both adore this kind gentle experienced and knowledgeable medical doctor. He says what he knows and he knows what he says. He has expertly cared for my entire family since 2018 and even after our move we will drive the 45 minutes for him. He DOES NOT just treat you, he heals you with I er to+ years experience and has NEVER had a bad review of mad or even a blemish on his record. He is a great man and an even better doctor. It took my breath away and . Made my heart hurt when I looked here right now and seen somebody complaining about the service at this office and had the nerve to mention Dr shalaby when Dr shalaby has NEVER had a negative thing to say. Negativity isn't even in his vocabulary. He can make anyone smile and if ur having a bad day all you need do is make a Drs appt and I'll guarantee u he can pull u out if it. Ok I'm rambling now but I just want to make sure my point is crystal clear. I will attest to it and I will stand by every word I speak when it comes to Dr mohsen shalaby. He is the greatest Dr in southern California ON EVERY LEVEL. He has cured every ailment I have had since 2018 and the ones he couldn't......, he texted me to another great Dr that met his standards AND MINE. So long story short, if somebody has something bad to say about Dr shalaby

Let me paint a picture: You book an appointment for 3:00 PM, arrive early at 2:45 PM, get called back right on time, and then... you sit. And sit. And sit. For 50 minutes. When the doctor finally walks in, he's already rushing you out the door, saying he has "other patients to see." I came in with five things to discuss--legitimate concerns, not small talk. By the time I got to concern #2, he was already pushing me to wrap it up. I politely pointed out that if I could wait an hour for him, he could wait five minutes for me. That didn't sit well with him. From that moment on, everything I said felt completely dismissed. This wasn't just one bad visit--it felt like a pattern of rushed, impersonal, and dismissive care. And based on other reviews, I'm not alone in that experience. So, if you enjoy long wait times, rushed visits, and a doctor who seems uninterested in what you have to say, this is the place for you. But if you prefer a doctor who listens and takes your concerns seriously, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. As for me? It's time to take my care elsewhere... to a doctor who actually listens.
