The activities and the amenities offered for the residence is great for the reasonable pricing. The caring hearts of the staff, exudes, kindness, empathy and selflessness always. Staff always take time to stop and greet or have a small conversation with the residence there. They also take time to help someone no matter what their position is. Rather they work in the kitchen or on the grounds, they are just exceptionally nice. I will highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for an assisted living or independent care for themselves or a loved one.

I spotted senior living staff at every corner. There's a set of apartments for independent residents who need minimal help and a more hands-on quarter with 24/7 assistants on site. The quality of care is solid, it's a popular choice for many seniors in Hemet. Elevators are accessible, the food's good, and there's even an underground parking garage. My primary issues were the odors in the apartments. I don't think the floor is properly mopped. Someone needs to come in and Lysol the joint. Additionally, some of the CNA's in the apartment section were borderline grumpy. Customer service needs a vibe check stat. Type of care: Dressing, bathing, feeding, etc. it's a Swiss-army knife of a facility not too far from the Hemet Hospital.

But in the short time they were there and on the three visits prior to their moving, I knew this was the place for them.  Everyone was so friendly, kind and more than willing to help in any way.  By the time they moved in the staff was already calling them by their first names and making them feel welcome.  The facility is well kept, very clean and has great food. The homemade cookies at the front desk were always delicious. The smaller size of the facility made it much more inviting.  While my parents were in hospice care in Sunny Rose Glen, the staff was wonderful to my parents, my brother, and myself.  They helped so much and after my parents passed it was evident how much the staff cared.  Thank you Sunny Rose Glen for making my parents' last days more comfortable for them and our family. After a fall with a broken hip, my elderly father who has dementia was transferred here from the hospital. When something like this happens, it's a whirlwind of activity. The hospital is working to get him out, the hospice company was working to find something, and The Bradley Gardens was the first place that had a bed available. So, he was transferred there site unseen. When my mother and I arrived, I took a deep breath as I pulled into the parking lot, and thought.... okay, this is only temporary. We can move him somewhere else. We walked in, and in the front lobby they had a bunch of patients sitting comatose in wheelchairs watching TV. I guess they have the TV close to the nurse's station so they can keep an eye on them. I'll get to the nurses in a bit. I went into the manager's office to sign all the paperwork and was surprised how dirty and broken down even her office was. I signed the paperwork reminding myself this was only going to be temporary until I could find another place. We then took the long hallway, all the way to the end where they had my dad. The entire place was old, broken down, in dis-repair and dirty. As we walked past the nurses station, they were all engaged in chit-chat that did not sound like anything to do with taking care of the patients. The nurses were dirty too, one of them looked like she hadn't washed her hair in at least a week. Ugh... if those are your personal hygiene standards, how do I trust you are going to keep my father clean? We walked past rooms that reeked of urine. And then the final kicker.... we walk into my father's room. It has 5 beds in it. A room no larger than a 2-car garage. The beds and other furniture looked like something that had come from a war time infirmary 50 years ago. But what really sealed the deal for me was the fly paper! FLY PAPER! Hanging from the ceiling, above the beds, with DEAD FLIES ON IT! I immediately called the hospice company and told them under no circumstances would I leave my father here. We got him out that night, and he came to my home temporarily until we found a decent place for him to spend his last days on earth. The Bradley Gardens is a place where poor people are dumped to die. It's disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves, and the County of Riverside should revoke their licence.

The apartments are comfortable and feature kitchens for those who enjoy cooking. There's also a restaurant on-site for residents who prefer not to prepare their own meals. I'm grateful to Domonique and Angel for being so kind, professional, and helpful during the planning process for my dad's move. Every time I visit, the staff greets me warmly. My dad has lived in his apartment for a month now and really enjoys the facilities. He likes spending time outdoors on the well-kept trails, and the staff and residents are all very friendly. I'm glad everything worked out, and I always look forward to visiting such a welcoming place. If you're thinking about moving to Westmont of Riverside, I highly recommend these apartments. They're spacious, have new appliances and flooring, and get lots of natural light from the many windows. The small patios are ideal for relaxing and taking in the fresh air. There's a shuttle service for medical appointments, organized trips to grocery stores, a barber and hair salon, a small gift shop, and numerous other amenities to help keep residents active. My mother was admitted there this last April. The home is spotless and rooms as well as the bathrooms are spotless. While there I noticed Shauna who is the caregiver gave my mother Helen extra special care and attention. As my mother was suffering from dementia/ alzheimers she required 24 hour care. Shauna engaged with my mother on a daily basis . She went above and beyond in assisting my mother and her needs. Shauna would regularly call to ask if it was ok to take my mom with her to various family gatherings. She took my mom shopping , took her to the park, the lake etc. Shauna's actions allowed my brother and I to sleep at night knowing mom was in good hands. She would text me photos of my mom weekly. Smiling laughing and enjoying life. My cousin Raquel Lewis left a nasty post on here due to family disputes which have nothing to do with this wonderful business. If you read her post disregard it as a case of sour grapes that had no bearing on this business I highly recommend this home for anyone who requires 24 hour care for their loved ones.

While they did not end up living here due to costs, I will say our experience was a positive one. Even though it is right beside the noisy freeway, you can't hear the noise inside. The place was very clean, very posh. They are 3 years old and it shows. Decor is modern and classy. Michael gave us a tour. He was excellent. He was very responsive beforehand. He has you parking at the one spot in front with your name on it. They had your name printed out on the table. The whole experience was a good one. At the end, Michael gave my parents a special cake in a box. He was fantastic!
