Meet the Business Owner: Whitney H.
As a marriage and family therapist, I have education and training in treating children, adolescents, and adults. I work in treating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and various issues that arise in relationships, including communication skills and marital issues.
I have had success in helping clients develop the skills they need to understand, cope with, and solve the problems that prevent them from living fuller and happier lives. I use research-based approaches such as emotionally-focused therapy by Sue Johnson.
I also specialize in treating and helping clients overcome trauma and PTSD through EMDR. I use an integrated approach when helping clients struggling with personal and family issues.
I am committed to helping my clients, and you can expect compassionate guidance from me. Call me. I'd love to talk to you if you have questions and find out how we can work together to help you live a fuller and happier life.
