These two immediately set to work, and the house was sold within two weeks for a great price. Joey went the extra mile to simplify and expedite the often tedious "to-do" list between contract and closing, while Angie made sure every detail was addressed on schedule. Both were excellent communicators, returning calls promptly and answering our questions knowledgeably. Before we knew it, the deal was done, and our buyers were as pleased as we were with the exchange. Bottom line: ours was an excellent experience with the extremely professional and down-to-earth friendly Peglar Real Estate Group.

Agent Johnathan Murray is fantastic! He not only was the realator for the seller who's house we…read moreBOUGHT, but became OUR realator to SELL our house! We bought a house in Arkansas from another state, so we had to do the paper work via email. He went above and beyond for everyone, whether you're his client or on the opposite side. He's fair, down to earth, friendly, funny, and knows the business. As buying and selling can be anxiety ridden, his steadfast reassurance and guidance throughout both processes, made them both eezy-peezy. We can't say enough good things about Johnathan and Peglar Real Estate!

Then our family size decreased, plans changed, and she was so amazingly easy to shift the details around. I refer anyone that I speak to about purchasing a home, just because I was so happy with our home shopping and purchase needs. She left Southern Breeze right before our closing to start her own business and switched to Kim Koenen who was also very kind, personalable, helpful and happy to answer all of our questions. Billy who works at the front desk is also great, he drove by and checked on the house for us while we were in the moving process and stopped by to check and make sure everything looked okay and helped us with signing papers when we got to town. This team will go above and beyond for you to help you buy or sell a home or property, they're very old fashioned and chill, which is refreshing. Highly recommend.

They also sell tile and Tim found the perfect tile to go with my kitchen remodel. I did go to the other stores around town that sell flooring. Village carpet beat all of them. The installers were very nice, professional and funny. They were very careful when moving my furniture. They did a great job removing the old carpet and pad. Cleaned the floor before installing my new carpet. Once they finished installing I vacuumed the carpet and they replaced the furniture. next I had the laminate floor installed. The gentleman that took up my old ceramic tile worked his butt off. He got the old floor up in one day. Next day he installed the new floor. Than came the ceramic backsplash tile installed. Another great job. Took 2 days. Again I'm surprised how fast, neat and caring every one from the owners to the installers. I would have never know they were here. They did a great job and

I asked why I would have all the floors done and leave a half bath. One of my refrigerators got unplugged. I was not reimbursed for any of the food I lost. I have used them different times throughout the years. I've never had experience with them like this one and I will not ever use them again.

They fixed a shorted recessed light can and identified the purpose of a switch that was not being utilized for a outdoor ceiling fan. Charges were very fair, I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for an honest pro electrician. Thank you.

I've had work done several times by zimdall electric. Each time got worse than the previous time…read more Everything from knocking out an entirely functional wall of electricity to putting things in the ground that were already there such as grounding copper. Then the worst part was when Steve fell through my kitchen ceiling and tried to blame me. And if that wasn't bad enough that my kitchen ceiling came down they sent three guys who had been drinking to fix the ceiling. Instead of fixing the ceiling they cut a square out of the ceiling and put a square into the ceiling even though a 4x8 sheet was ruined plus and then they ruined the texture on my ceiling. And to this day it's still like that because they've never fixed it. Even though every job that I ever had them work on I paid cash money. So I wouldn't recommend them for anything. I strongly recommend anybody should call the Arkansas electrical licensing or the contractor's licensing board to make sure that all the workers that come to your house are indeed licensed in the state of Arkansas. I will say one thing that was good about the company and that was Ed. Ed was an extremely personable person I don't know what his actual job is but I would say working in a field of construction that I had for decades that I would say he would be an amazing outside salesperson because he is definitely a good talker very pleasant professional and it's got a sense of humor. So yay for Ed but he's not the one working on anything electric or drywall for that matter. So I would not hire zimdall electric. Also I have to say that this is nothing to do with the original owner Richard zimdall who is retired. This business is not owned by zimdalls anymore. So it's sad that somebody does that shoddy work using a company name who built a strong following in the Mountain Home area. I believe the owner there is Matthew Archie and not Richard zimdall
