They also sell tile and Tim found the perfect tile to go with my kitchen remodel. I did go to the other stores around town that sell flooring. Village carpet beat all of them. The installers were very nice, professional and funny. They were very careful when moving my furniture. They did a great job removing the old carpet and pad. Cleaned the floor before installing my new carpet. Once they finished installing I vacuumed the carpet and they replaced the furniture. next I had the laminate floor installed. The gentleman that took up my old ceramic tile worked his butt off. He got the old floor up in one day. Next day he installed the new floor. Than came the ceramic backsplash tile installed. Another great job. Took 2 days. Again I'm surprised how fast, neat and caring every one from the owners to the installers. I would have never know they were here. They did a great job and

I had the appliances moved and most of the furniture . They came in started the vinyl and then moved to the den and started the carpet. They changed me for moving the appliances and furniture and they didn't have to move any of it if they had done the vinyl 1st. They didn't even do my half bath. I asked why I would have all the floors done and leave a half bath. One of my refrigerators got unplugged. I was not reimbursed for any of the food I lost. I have used them different times throughout the years. I've never had experience with them like this one and I will not ever use them again.

We just had NSC remove our 2007 countertops and install new quartz ones this week. The process…read moreworked out better than I had anticipated! We had previously had a tile backsplash installed above the original 4" quartz backsplash, and I didn't see how the original could be removed without damaging some of those tiles, but they did it! It was a good experience and they did quality work, and my wife and I were both very satisfied. I had seen earlier negative reviews, but I have to say that our experience was positive all around!

Worst possible granite install!!!…read more Severely damaged our cabinets and drywall during the install. Quote to replace the damaged cabinets was over $3,000.00 for just material. They came back after installing the tops and made poor quality repairs to the granite where they miscut the tops trying to install them. After holding out on the final payment they came out after insulting us at their shop and said they could just paint the damaged cabinets vs replacing the drawers and cabinet. They had no intention of fixing their mess correctly and just wanted to hide it by paint in hopes we would wear down and go away. My wife was furious and decided she didn't want them in our house any more and we gave them the final check. We had over 15k in granite and the install was the lowest quality you would find and they had no customer service to correct their mistake and just wanted to cover it up. I would never have them work for us again and would recommend anyone looking for granite or solid surface tops to go to homedepot or Harrison and find someone there.

Agent Johnathan Murray is fantastic! He not only was the realator for the seller who's house we…read moreBOUGHT, but became OUR realator to SELL our house! We bought a house in Arkansas from another state, so we had to do the paper work via email. He went above and beyond for everyone, whether you're his client or on the opposite side. He's fair, down to earth, friendly, funny, and knows the business. As buying and selling can be anxiety ridden, his steadfast reassurance and guidance throughout both processes, made them both eezy-peezy. We can't say enough good things about Johnathan and Peglar Real Estate!

Amazing how a sale can go sideways in a second. I am the seller. The buyers & sellers agent are…read morefrom this company. The buyers wanted to buy the house sight unseen. Well. . . The buyers agent was completely out of her league & gave the potential buyers bad info so we didn't get any of the inspection repair & survey addendum by the due date so the buyers agent sent us an extension request for a 5 day extension at 4ish pm on the last day!! Since the buyers realtor was not doing her job & dropped the ball, we listened to her sad story we extended it 2 days. Then we had JESSE from Cochran inspection company, who is Peglars recommended home inspection company, blatantly LIED, among other things, that our floor in the addition was crooked & the foundation needed work, without even checking!!! Now it scared the buyers!!! His boss, Chris, was notified & did nothing!!!! Scammer much? Even though the inspection is a LIE, Peglar DID NOTHING!!! So another home inspector, Presley, was hired to "reinspect". Well I guess local "handyman" was in the same league as Cochran! He was so nice & seemed to listen. The addition he inspected was structurally & electrically sound and done to code, but this guy went beyond code to say a cantilever with 5 supports were needed under an exterior wall. Since the room is full of windows, what is going to happen when the supports settle? The information are recommendations & this guy's personal opinion which goes way beyond code requirements, why are they even being considered? Well maybe to match his expensive estimate of $10k!! Though it was fully explained how the structure was built & it met code, Presley ignored it, as did peglar! Even said "one corner might be sloping but it might be an optical illision"!! Never bothered to actually check the floor. He even put in his estimate that the floor insulation needs taken out to see if the joists are attached correctly!!!! What? Is he even a qualified mason? Foundation expert? I'm smelling a scam!!! So of course getting back to the buyer's agent whose name was Mary (or something similiar) who normally sold apartments and some sort, but hey a house makes more money. She was late on everything! We found out later her husband was gravely ill. Only one question needed asked. . .what are you doing at work when you're taking off every day to care for your husband? Our sellers agent worked hard to keep the deal on track. Between the worst buyers agent, the inept inspection company and a local handman (all peglar recommended), the deal broke down twice. She worked very hard to keep it going. Eventually went thru. Do not recommend.
