Have had hot water heater issues for about 2 months now the first time he came by, he said it should be good to go for now and would come by on Monday to finish it (this was a Friday). He never showed on Monday and I called at least 3 different times and left voicemails with no answer over the next 2 weeks. Finally got ahold of him and he came back and done the same thing he had already done previously and did not listen to us when we ask him to check the elements as well. After he was done he turned back on the water to the house and asked us to check if it was getting hot, we noticed there was little to no pressure. He then told us he made a mistake when flushing the system and did not us the pump first before flushing the lines so he thinks there is particles stuck in the lines. After taking apart my faucets in my shower to do something to fix that issue, he said 'alright your good to go', but did not ask us to recheck the pressure/heat again before he ran out the door. He has ghosted us again and we still have no hot water and now no pressure too. we have already received a bill for the first time he came and didn't do anything which I will not be paying. read more

At first communication was good and was told that they would call me ahead of time to show up my property which was not true I have proof of incoming and outgoing calls I looked and I took screenshots never called me my godson was at home as a witness and damaged my water hose I have pics proof and phone screening proof too I don't recommend them if they are not HONEST!!!! Second plumber to come fix a running meter problem . Spent one hour under house. Came outside, took apart a meter the water department just put in.Took him an hour to put it back together. He thought it was leaking . The water department came back out only to say that was normal condensation and not leaking..So needless to say he did not finish the job and said he must move on to another job !! Thanks for nothing and I will refuse to pay for a second hour he took apart a new water department meter. He never finished attaching the bib to the brick ! read more

I needed a complete shower installation, plus the sink and toilet hooked up. Running pipes, from the bathroom to the septic. Scott sent Steve out. He did a great job installing my new shower and hooking up my toilet and sink. Steve and his helper also put in a new front yard facet. Do not use this plumber! My wife called him 2 months ago in March to do a simple plumbing job. He blew us off for a solid month until he finally stopped by to look at the job. He said it would be no problem and he would come back. We are no longer waiting for this man however I still am keeping in contact with him while he continues to tell more lies about when he'll show up. I set up an appointment with McConnell to check out a dripping faucet. The appointment was set for 8:00 am. I never received a phone call from him regarding the missed 8:00 am appointment. He arrived at 12:30 pm. He was not wearing a mask when he came to my door. When I asked him if he had a mask he said no but would get one out of his truck. He came back wearing a nylon tube type sleeve. I told him that the doctors have determined that this type of facial covering does not prevent the spread of covid carrying particles. Once more the plumber did not show up. Set up an appointment more than a week ago and explained we would send a picture of the problem when we arrived on PLR. We did and confirmed he would come two days later. Didn't call didn't answer our texts. Try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however, in this case seems like he deserves a big ding.
