At first communication was good and was told that they would call me ahead of time to show up my property which was not true I have proof of incoming and outgoing calls I looked and I took screenshots never called me my godson was at home as a witness and damaged my water hose I have pics proof and phone screening proof too I don't recommend them if they are not HONEST!!!! Second plumber to come fix a running meter problem . Spent one hour under house. Came outside, took apart a meter the water department just put in.Took him an hour to put it back together. He thought it was leaking . The water department came back out only to say that was normal condensation and not leaking..So needless to say he did not finish the job and said he must move on to another job !! Thanks for nothing and I will refuse to pay for a second hour he took apart a new water department meter. He never finished attaching the bib to the brick ! read more

I needed a complete shower installation, plus the sink and toilet hooked up. Running pipes, from the bathroom to the septic. Scott sent Steve out. He did a great job installing my new shower and hooking up my toilet and sink. Steve and his helper also put in a new front yard facet. We had a few septic problems, that him and his helper took care of and the job was done just perfectly, like I wanted it. I recommend McConnell Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Do not use this plumber! My wife called him 2 months ago in March to do a simple plumbing job. He blew us off for a solid month until he finally stopped by to look at the job. He said it would be no problem and he would come back. We are no longer waiting for this man however I still am keeping in contact with him while he continues to tell more lies about when he'll show up. I set up an appointment with McConnell to check out a dripping faucet. The appointment was set for 8:00 am. I never received a phone call from him regarding the missed 8:00 am appointment. He arrived at 12:30 pm. He was not wearing a mask when he came to my door. When I asked him if he had a mask he said no but would get one out of his truck. He came back wearing a nylon tube type sleeve. I told him that the doctors have determined that this type of facial covering does not prevent the spread of covid carrying particles. Once more the plumber did not show up. Set up an appointment more than a week ago and explained we would send a picture of the problem when we arrived on PLR. We did and confirmed he would come two days later. Didn't call didn't answer our texts. Try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however, in this case seems like he deserves a big ding. So McConnell Plumbing is off our list of responsible and professional contractors. read more
