Dewey & Son's Review…read more I don't like leaving negative reviews and really wanted to leave a positive one. I'm hoping I might be able to update this review with something positive. But this is what has been going on: I've had a gush of water coming out of bathtub for over 6 weeks. Dewey and sons started the job almost 6 weeks ago but never finished, saying they will finish soon. I've been calling once to twice a week since then and have spoke with someone several times. I've also called a few times and left messages for nobody to call back. I keep getting the run around. These have been my responses: *They were busy last week with other people calling for services and they haven't had an opportunity to call back or come back to my place. *The plumber was out and would return the following day, *They have been looking for a part for over 5 weeks when I don't even want another part, I've asked for 2 bathtubs replaced and a sink that water won't come out of. *They will start on my tub and kitchen faucet ASAP *They are having a meeting, *They will call me back before the day ends, *I am important to them. (Not once have they returned my call, and quite frankly, I do not feel important to them.) Plus my kitchen sink has had nothing more than light drips coming out for over 3 weeks. For over 5 weeks, as Dewey & Sons instructed me to do, I've been having to turn bathtub on and with pliers with a thick stream continuing to run out. Plus I've been having to wash dishes in bathroom sink for about 3.5 weeks. While waiting for Dewey & Son's to finish what they started, my water bill has jumped from $46.00 to $250.00. The reason I haven't went to another plumber is they have already started the job and my bill should be coming In soon. I'm beyond frustrated with all of this. It's been a nightmare working with them.

Was also to come back to fix the leak on the line he installed. Arranged to meet him at the house 2 time. Both times no show and no call. I will have to another plumber to fix his leak and now have to figure out how to dispose of the softener that he said he would pick up and I paid for disposal. Avoid at all costs. I understand he is busy, but do not use.

They called her and said they had somewhere else to go and would be here at 4:30pm. I am posting this at 5:30pm, after calling the main office at 4:45pm, and being told I would get a call back in a few minutes, and have yet to hear back from them.. We are telling our landlords to go to another place. It is irratating.
