The fitness center is a good size and is always kept clean. I haven't got to use the volleyball court or pool yet, but it looks great. The only two improvements I can think about is that there are: 1. you receive many emails that you get during and after the application process and it is a little difficult to keep track of which one is most important. It's not only from the apartment complex but from third-party apps as well. 2. Assure you have your parking permit visible , and If you have a visitor, please follow the instructions regarding visitor parking because there is a tow company that is regularly here and will tow your car quickly. I have been a resident for about four months and I have no complaints. I feel very safe residing here along with my 10-year-old.

Immediately Callie and Shawanda made my husband feel greeted and heard when he toured on his own and then Daniela was knowledgeable when we brought our whole family to see the place. Our unit is still being power washed before moving in, which I appreciate the extra effort to make the place as new as possible before we start living there! All in all, you'll be very welcomed here and likely have a great experience!

First, they transferred the deposit to the new apartment which I did not agree with. They then determined that the other individual needed to pay a new deposit after he moved in and they mailed me the deposit after the 30-day Texas code and blamed us because we did not fill out paperwork that they never sent. They removed monies for urine-stained carpet but did not identify this via the move-out inspection. I would recommend that you find another apartment complex within Mansfield. Not worth their poor management.

But honestly it really hasn't been an issue lately, it's only when it's a full house I guess. I really love these apartments, they are always hosting events and spoiling us! We got a good deal on these apartments and I can see me living here longer than the other apartments. Maintenance is always cleaning and taking care of the apartment, taking our trash and everything. They have a library and the pool is open all season along with the gym open 24/7. Lots of studying areas and even providing drinks and cookies for people who enter the lobbies. You also have mini lake where you can fish! With some walking trails. It's a very quiet area and only less than 2 mins to go to Costco and highland parks. I wish the city would make sidewalks to go to highland park but it's still possible to walk! Also I haven't encountered any bugs at this complex (others would always have a issue ‍)

Can this be fixed/improved?? Asking for a friend. Haha Anyway, I would still recommend Bexley to others. :)

Ask about your upstairs neighbors first. I've been complaining about running and stomping over my head since I moved here in December and they can't do anything but try to "document" it, which is hard to do since it's not party noise. They claim to have a community attendant who has never shown up to investigate the noise I've complained about. Now, the noise line says they can only come out if the noise is happening at the moment. The office staff have come by and tried to listen for noise, but if it's not happening when they stop by, it's not a problem. I'm paying too much money to deal with noise every evening. Skip these apartments and find another property. Oh, and they will let you transfer units for a ton of money. Scam! Save yourself.

The…read moreleasing agents and the management really didn't care about much and I thought it was cool until bad things started happening. I loved my apartment when I first moved in I overlooked a lot of the bad things prior to moving in that I didn't catch at the time I was viewing the apartment. First the tub in the 2nd bedroom was stopped up when I checked to see what it was it was like somebody had a whole wig down the drain. I was cooking dinner for my family like the second night in and I was using the oven, and I pulled to open the oven and one of the side panels came off and cut me. I was like what the heck I didn't even pull the oven hard and when I looked at it, it wasn't plastic it was aluminum when I opened it up it was a red bull can. The plastic sides were missing on the oven, and they bent up a red bull can I guess to make it not noticeable that the sides on the oven were missing. When I called to let Leah know what I seen because I didn't want to be charged at move out, she wasn't surprised and said that's what they do. Next the water pressure was super low in building 6. I would wash dishes and it would take me FOREVER!!! I called maintenance out to check to see what was going on all he did was change the washer and said the water pressure was low because the construction was across the street and it was nothing he could do. Mind you I moved in before they even started digging and the water was still the same. Every time you see maintenance they are either smoking or just riding the golf cart around. The younger man they recently hired they had him doing everything while the others just watched, smoked and instructed him on what to do. Summer months people would always be soooo loud at the pool all night even the leasing agents that live in the community partakes in the all-night drinking and loud music it's like as soon as they clock out from work they head straight to the pool and do it every and all weekend. When you're late on rent if you need a filter changed, anything fixed, or if you signed up for the concierge service they don't do it until they receive a payment. And apartment manager feels like she has to enter your home while you're not there to deliver the letter inside your apartment. Lord knows what she does when she goes in. I had to start putting cameras up inside my apartment. One night I witnessed at around 3AM I was going to work I seen two guys in all black with mask on one was pulling on the door handle of my car, and the other was going through the trunk of someone else's car. When they saw me coming around the corner, they took off running. I called the police they took my statement and said they would inform the front office. When I returned from work, I noticed the apartments did not have any cameras only the leasing office. I went to the front to let them know that I was the one that witnessed what happened that morning and that they should let everyone know to make sure to lock their cars before they go inside. Me and a couple of other neighbors witnessed some trunks being open a few mornings while taking our dogs on a walk, but we thought nothing of it. We would just close the trunks down thinking they hit the trunk button on accident or something. Until I witnessed what happened that night. I figured this probably happens often while everyone is sleeping or at work overnight. They told me they would send out a mass message on the neighborhood portal which they never did. And that many people come over to rob this area because its right off the highway. Which did not make the situation any better. So, a couple of nights later I've seen the same build of young men out walking around this time with only hoodies no mask and one of the young men looked like the leasing agent's son. And I wondered if this is why things are not being reported or taken seriously when it comes to theft or anything going on in the apartments because they are aware of what's actually happening. But in my experience if you just need somewhere to move in quick and somewhere that doesn't do snappt you can live here. But if you want to be somewhere safe where you know you won't be robbed or your paying rent every month and things are going to be good this is not the place for you. I love Mansfield but these apartments was not it.
