In just two treatments, she managed to alleviate some intense and chronic shoulder pain which had been bothering me for 18 months. She has also helped me with knee pain, asthma, and allergies. When I got the flu, her herbal prescription helped my body recover in about half the usual time. Most recently, she helped me with some knee pain. Just one treatment made a significant improvement. Laurieanne's acupuncture technique is gentle, and she always manages to find the right points, which tells me that she really knows the body. I have been both surprised and pleased that her treatments are so effective that it takes less visits to see noticeable improvements. Sometimes, it takes only one treatment to completely alleviate a problem. Laurieanne's clinic is very professional, yet it has a pleasant atmosphere that made me comfortable right away. She even plays soothing music during my treatments. Although I have yet to see any of the other practitioners in her office, the clinic seems to have the perfect mix of health care professionals, from naturopaths to a chiropractor, Laurieanne's acupuncture, and a massage therapist to boot. I highly recommend Enerqi for acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

When I…read morewas needing support with optimizing my health, I met with Sarah for an Ayurvedic Consultation and learned a lot of valuable skills and tools for how to take the best care of my health. I have also seen Sarah for rejuvenating therapies, including Ayurvedic Massage, Shirodhara and more recently Panchakarma. I had opportunity to join Sarah in India for a 15-day detox and rejuvenation Panchakarma retreat. That experience was life changing in more ways than I can express here. Ayurveda has become the foundation for how I care for myself daily and Sarah has been an instrumental guide in this. Her presence, compassionate nature and many years of professional experience truly set her apart.

I started working with Dr. Leary-Chang earlier this year (starting in the clinic on Madison and…read morethen now in the remodeled Ravenna location). She is the first functional medicine doctor that I have seen and my experience so far have been very, very positive. While I've been interested in trying functional medicine for a while, it could seem a bit complicated in some ways and there are many directions and things one could try for various reasons. Thankfully, Dr. Leary-Chang is an exceptional communicator. She takes the time that is needed to clearly explain things, as well as being a careful (and empathetic) listener (I feel that she has a very clear understanding of my health situation and ANY key factors that could be playing a role). So, she talked with me to develop some priorities and sketch some realistic cost/benefit analyses for each plan of action. In other words, I felt informed but never pressured in the slightest to pursue any plan (for example, if I might be unsure about something, or something may not be financially comfortable/feasible at the time). Again, those types of factors are things she has taken into account when working with me. I wanted to wait until I had a few months on a stable regiment (and to have more time working with her and the clinic) before reviewing, and thankfully, everything has been positive so far. I have noticed clear positive changes in my health (visible and objective - i.e., not just that I 'feel' better, which I do, but I wanted some 'data' (as much as a single patient could note)) and I am looking forward to further progress. (I will update this review in a few months if anything changes that could be relevant.) Additional notes: * The nurses that I've encountered there have all been fantastic as well (friendly, smart and efficient). * Response times to messages sent in the e-portal have been great. * (I can't say anything about the other services Vida offers as I have only worked with Dr. Leary-Chang at this point.)

Her methods were so transformational for me and I look forward to continuing hypnotherapy work when I am able.

The idea of trading my life force for survival in a system that didn't feel aligned felt suffocating. I also carried ancestral and personal wounds where money was used for control or harm. In my past, someone who represented evil was obsessed with money, which made me reject it entirely as a form of protection. Through our 9 sessions, Audra and I slowly dismantled those beliefs. I came face to face with the root fears and survival programming I didn't know were shaping my life. I saw clearly that my avoidance of money wasn't laziness or lack ,it was trauma, entanglement, and protection. I wasn't equipped to have money back then because it wasn't safe to want it. Now, I feel different. I've reprogrammed the meaning of money in my body and my mind. I no longer see it as something dark or dangerous. I now see it as a neutral energy, a tool that reflects who I am, what I value, and how I serve. I've reconnected with my ability to earn and receive money without fear or guilt. I'm ready to allow it in, aligned with my sovereignty and truth. This work changed my relationship with money at the root. I'm so grateful for this transformation. I'm planning to do the 9 sessions again, for other beliefs that need to be rewritten. Thank you for guiding me back to myself, Audra. warmly
