He was prompt, pleasant and really seemed to know his stuff. His work was neat and clean, and he didn't try to sell me anything. The last HVAC person I had out here to look at my AC refused to even look at how it was behaving until he had forced me to listen to his sales spiel for a new unit several times, and then just took a quick look, said it was probably full of mice and left - and charged twice what Jeff did for his "work" when he did nothing. It had no mice either I was told later by someone who was a general handyperson and took the cover off to look inside. (Alert: don't ever rely on Google reviews) This is a guy you can trust to do the job properly and not make you have to sell your firstborn to afford it. Thanks Jeff!!

He gave me very good options and even worked with the manufacturer for the warranty of my furnace. The manufacturer gave us a significant discount to get a new furnace, I needed to replace my 20 year old furnace anyway. My furnace crashed again the Sunday before the furnace installation, he came to make my furnace temporarily work with no extra charges. I have worked with 2 other companies before and have contacted numerous ones. It's the first time I can say I highly recommend an HVAC company for the price, timeliness, and effort to make things work for a customer.

My fan blower went on the unit and the company charged 135 dollars just to arrive at my door and then billed me 99 an hour to diagnose the issue. Then they had to order the part and came back a week later with the wrong part spent 3 hours figuring that out. Then came back a week after that without notifying me they were swinging by with the right part installed the part and after the part was installed told me it wasn't under warranty and charged me close to $300 for the part and then another 1.5 hours of labour costing me close to $750 in total for a part that should of been under warranty and I should of been charged half of this for the labour. Will not be using them again. Terrible customer experience. Workmanship is fine but lied about warranty, should of been told that on initial visit before part was ordered. Should give customers 24 hrs notice upon arrive. Shouldn't cost $150 or so to just arrive at the door especially when after that you charge $100 an hour.
