On the day of repairs, he arrived with his assistant, Steve, to do the work. One particular job (reattaching a basement bannister) proved to be especially difficult due to the shoddy workmanship of the original installer. Despite spending the extra time required to ensure that this railing was safely installed, they did not complain about the problem. Also, when I received the final invoice, the price was exactly as quoted even though I expected it to be higher because of the problems encountered.
