She wasn't just taking care of our table, she seemed to be everywhere, checking on guests, clearing tables, helping people, always with a great attitude. She noticed my elderly father was having some difficulty, and without being asked, helped him with his plate, condiments, and getting settled. The rest of the staff was warm and helpful too, including the carver, who was friendly and welcoming. One thing that stood out to me as a guest, we saw a table leave a pretty big mess, and it was a reminder to all of us to make things a little easier on the staff by stacking plates and consolidating where we can. Overall excellent food, outstanding value, but the customer service is what we'll remember. Desiree went above and beyond, and the whole team made our family outing enjoyable. Five stars.
