Overpriced If I could give zero stars, I would. One of this company's trucks swerved into my lane and their trailer scraped the side of my car. The driver literally looked at the damage and said, "Looks like it was just the tires that scraped you, should only cost a couple hundred to fix." ..as if that made it okay. And then he refused to provide any real insurance or company info. Just gave me a random phone number like I was supposed to chase them down. When I called, I got someone named Leerae, who wasn't even there when it happened. Instead of professionalism or accountability, she immediately tried to blame me for the accident. No facts, no conversation, just attitude and denial. This company cannot handle responsibility, communication, or the bare minimum of honesty. If this is how they act when they cause damage, I can only imagine the quality of the actual work they do. I was ready to handle this like adults. They chose to play games. Do with that information what you will. Companies show their true character when things go wrong, and this one failed the test. Hope the few dollars you tried to save was worth the review. read more

In my case the house is new and still under warranty, their "customer service" leaves a lot to desire, they show NO interest in trying to help, they just tell you to contact the builder. The first time we needed them to come fix a leak it took around 3 WEEKS for a crew to show up, the next two times it was down to a about a week. The grass in the back yard looks like a patch quilt, as you walk on it you can feel it goes from soft to crispy to extra crispy depending on the patch and they argue it is the same grass on all of yards. The lady on the phone says : "as long as you are under warranty you need to talk to the builder", why would I talk to them when the warranty expires after experiencing this level of "service" ? I moved into my new home a couple of weeks ago, delayed by my active duty military orders. Upon settling in, I noticed the irrigation system does not cover the entire backyard. Additionally, while pulling weeds in the flower bed, I found that the drip line had multiple puncture holes. Considering this home is a new build, these issues are quite disappointing. read more

Had a massive amount of Bermuda grass installed with irrigation system by MDM Landscapes recently and the service has been excellent. Very responsive and helpful. I have read some of the other reviews on other sites but I guess their attitude is different if you are not a customer! I do not know their quality of work, but I can tell you their attitude sucks when you notify the company that one of their employees is driving crazy! I was behind one of their trucks on HWY 4 at 5:10pm yesterday and yes we were both doing 70 mph. But pvc pipe started falling off his trailer as he sped up and left me behind. I caught up to him and was flashing my lights trying to inform him of what was happening. I matched his speed at 80 mph.But he didn't pull over until he got to inside their parking lot at the gate to punch in code. I told him that pvc pipe was flying out of trailer while he was driving 80 mph and then this conversation took place. Employee-"Did it hit you?" Me-"No" Employee"But it didn't hit you." Me-"No I swerved to miss it" Employee- "But it didn't hit you". No, "I'm sorry, or my bad". I could tell he that didn't care how his driving could injure others by his care free and broken english attitude. I went inside and found out this morning that I talked to the bookkeeper. Only thing she would say is,"I wouldn't know who it is". Okay, but you could get out of your chair and go look in the back parking lot to see for yourself who just drove back there with a description of the truck, trailer, driver, and whoever else was inside the truck. But, still no apology for their employee. I called the company this morning and the woman that answered phone was no better than anyone else. She said that the owner had the message but was busy right now. I tried to tell her what happened since I had to time to calm down some. But she made an excuse for the bookkeeper with an attitude like I am annoying her. All she would say after the excuses was that it is in the note from last night. STILL NO APOLOGY ABOUT THE PREVIOUS EVENING! I sure do hope that this employee's driving doesn't cause a death or lawsuit. I live in Rolling Creek Ranch in Granbury. As I am driving home, MDM is finishing installing sod at a new Premier Home on Heathington. The lot next to the job has not been built on but contains trees currently. The workers proceeded to take pieces of pallet from their sodding job and boomerang throw all of their pallet slats into the woods. This is someone's beautiful natural lot. A respectable company wood take their waste with them and not make it someone else's burden. Lots of houses being built and I know who I will NOT be recommending. If MDM sees this post, I hope you correct your workers as it would be easy to narrow down who did this. read more
