No grading to speak of. No measurements. No calculations on flow, drop, degrees. They left maybe a 1/2 inch of foundation showing and the new grass level with the concrete patio. And essentially created a major drainage situation that has resulted in water in my home on multiple sides of the property. THE WORST PART - when I contacted Carlos (owner??) about this, his only response was to charge me to fix it. $#&?! I normally don't post bad reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

They removed the border, which we all found out had rebar and concrete attached to the Austin Stone. They removed all of it and replaced all of it with new St Augustine sod. Our home looks fabulous.
