Dropped the box off maybe 10th of December and had it all back before the 20th I believe. Fast turn around. Great quality. The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. The worker showed me how to access the videos, everything came out perfect and made a great gift!

I thought it would be lovely to do an accompanying video with clips of Paris and the French lifesyle. Mark and the Mtek team did an exceptional job following my instructions and getting the footage to match the emotion of the melody. No small feat, considering it's all in the Gallic tongue! Appreciate their attention to detail. This piece also makes a wonderful holiday gift. I sent the vid link to my French tutor (a Parisian man) and he gave me some really positive feedback, calling the reel a "bon enregistrement," "bon montage" and a "bel hommage à Paris" ("good recording," "good montage" and a "beautiful homage to Paris"). So it even passes European inspection! Magnifique, Mtek! Merci beaucoup! Watch video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EV3lcfQLkYI

When I got there, one of the staff members helped me from the car to the door since it was so icy. We were tight on time (I got there at 16.10 and was going on at 16.30) but I didn't feel rushed by them at all. I just wish that they had a bit more preparation in getting ready. They brought in hair and make up and she spent 5 minutes looking for a brush. I was a bit surprised that the person in charge of hair didn't have a brush. I finally found a small one in my purse. After all that, she just brushed my hair, didn't do any styling and then went on to only put a bit of powder on my nose. The camera man was really nice and set me up in the studio. I would have liked a bit more direction or tips on what to do but they are probably used to professionals (which I am not!). After the interview, he walked me back out front and to the car.
