Dropped the box off maybe 10th of December and had it all back before the 20th I believe. Fast turn around. Great quality. The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. The worker showed me how to access the videos, everything came out perfect and made a great gift!

Pricing is fair and it's nice to support a locally-owned business. In the past, I have mailed my photos to a service out of state. I came here on Friday for a last minute live interview on FOX News. It was during that crazy snow…read morewith all the schools shutting down and traffic a mess but I wasn't going to miss my shot to be on TV! When I got there, one of the staff members helped me from the car to the door since it was so icy. We were tight on time (I got there at 16.10 and was going on at 16.30) but I didn't feel rushed by them at all. I just wish that they had a bit more preparation in getting ready. They brought in hair and make up and she spent 5 minutes looking for a brush. I was a bit surprised that the person in charge of hair didn't have a brush. I finally found a small one in my purse. After all that, she just brushed my hair, didn't do any styling and then went on to only put a bit of powder on my nose. The camera man was really nice and set me up in the studio. I would have liked a bit more direction or tips on what to do but they are probably used to professionals (which I am not!). After the interview, he walked me back out front and to the car.
