Established in !971, this family run business now has three outlets, including this one in Roath. They pride themselves on offering a quality, personalised service, whilst still remaining affordable. They claim that they could very well stock the largest selection of designer frames at affordable prices in South Wales. I don't know about this, but they certainly do have a really extensive range, and with a lot of frames presently in the 50% sale, I would suggest that this is the time to pay them a visit if you are in the market for a new pair of glasses!

She then moved on and they got a new dentist. I was extremely unhappy on my last visit seeing this dentist. I had a dental plan which includes 2 check ups and 2 hygienist appointments a year . I went in for my check up. The dentist said he would just take some routine X - Rays of my teeth and went ahead. Firstly I was upset that he thought it was ok to take x-rays as a routine as they are harmful and should only be done if absolutely necessary and secondly I was not told there would be any extra charge for this but before I left I was made to pay £17 for the X-rays. (I rang customer service who were rude to me) I cancelled my plan and I will not be returning to Optical Express.
